I like this product a lot. I have a picture attached to show you the effect this has on shaping your body and keeping you looking out together. I am a medium, however, I did order a small. it was harder to get into and zip it up but it was well worth it when it was on, and not too uncomfortable at all. the reason I love this is because it really does make you look smaller and in shape, secondly, it does an amazing job of suppressing what little man boobs I do have, which usually look saggy under my shirts. I love this product and I wouldn't consider using my old one or any other one. great product!

I've been wearing this a little over a week now, so I've got some good isight, pros and cons to share with you. Overall I would recommend it for special occasions or if you wear business attire for work. Let's start with sizing, I'm 6'0", 240 lbs and typically wear right between a Large and XL. I did measure myself as it requests that you do and ordered an XXL based off of that. It's a great fit! It needs to be tight to have the effect you're looking for when it comes to smoothing out lumps and reducing a belly. Now let's talk about the quality, it's pretty good! The stitching is solid and reinforced and the fabric is quality. I for sure thought the amount of pressure I was putting on the latches and zipper would have a negative effect on the vest, but it's very solid! Now to discuss what it claims to do: Flatten and smooth as well as providing posture correcting benefits for the shoulders. It does certainly provide a slimming effect for lumps and a stomach, I wouldn't say that it reduces your waist size by more just a little, but greatly reduces man-boobs and muffin tops. As far as the posture correction goes, it does help but not really like you'd expect! I thought the reinforced straps would be what helped correct posture, but I have large broad shoulders and I found it was a tad loose in the shoulder area and didn't provide any kind of pulling-back effect like I thought it would. It DOES help posture by being a tight fit around your entire abdomen and forcing you to stand straighter, and it also reminds you to pull your shoulders back because you feel the tightness on your abdomen. I found that this items didn't ride up at all as mentioned in other reviews, I wear it under a dress shirt and dress pants with a belt. It's quit long so it goes down to cover the top portion of your hips and behind. There are a few other minor cons like the texture of the fabric is slippery, and can cling depending on the fabric content of your over-shirt, I suggest cotton or other non-slippery fabrics. It also has a thick zipper, which isn't a problem under a button down shirt, but could be an issue with other shirts. I naturally run very warm, and this product could obviously cause you to be warmer than normal, but didn't cause anything major or any sweat. It can also be hard to bend at the waist or abdomen and will slightly restrict some movement. The first day is a bit odd feeling with the compression and a few minor limited movements, but the second day you forget it's there! I do overall recommend this, especially for weddings or work clothes! But you have to learn what to wear it with and if you're into being active with lots of movement while wearing casual, thin shirts, maybe not for you.

I'm pretty fluffy in the middle and am really great at body shaming myself. 5'9 and 250lbs. I bought this item prior to going to a week long conference where I'd be meeting with and interviewing potential employees for my company. Because of my size, polo shirts aren't very flattering on me, and since this was a company sponsored event I had to wear the company issued shirts.this was a lot more expensive then I had wanted to spend, but I had tried cheaper items which frankly just stretched out and didn't offer much in the way of slimming or support. I also tend to have back problems when standing for long periods of time and this advertised that it helped to hold your shoulders back and correct your posture.I found out that it actually worked really, really well. Not only did I look better in the mirror, but a felt more confident when interacting with clients and potential employees, as well as significantly less achyness in my low back and neck. Maybe it was psychological, but I believe this garment actually helped maintain better posture.You should understand this is a body slimming device...it's meant to compress your fluff so it is designed to be TIGHT. It stretches like crazy, and takes some skill to fasten it all up, but once it does you'll look and feel better...even wearing it for 8+ hours. don't freak out by how small it appears when you pull it out of the package. When I first tried it on I did have concerns myself. Before fastening it up, the loose ends only made it halfway around my body, if that. I really had to stretch it just to get the zipper halves to touch. it has loops and hooks (4 of them) to hold it together while you work on the zipper, and there is a buttery soft material that protects your skin from the zipper itself, which is important if wearing all day. the neckline is low enough that it doesn't show through if wearing a polo shirt or button up shirt and having the top 1-2 buttons undone.I ordered the white version, but will be ordering a black one as well.

I've owned this a little over two months. My expectations were that the product would assist with my posture, and afford a more slimming line to my body.Product was great for the first two weeks, posture was corrected (and in a fashion that wasn't painful), and the slimming look cut my visible "size" by about one actual size.3-4 Week the posture correcting tension vanished.5-6 week the product started coming apart. Exterior Zipper is now separated from the cloth, so there's almost no way to close the shaper when put on.Overall review - If you're looking for something to wear once a month, I'm sure the product will be great.If you're looking for something to last, help your exercise posture, or give you a slimmer line for an extended period of time, this is not the product. If other similar products (that cost 1/4 of the price, as this one is on the higher-end) are available and last the same period of time, get those. If I'd purchased 4 $15 shapers that lasted amazingly for two weeks each I'd have gotten greater utility out of them.I do not recommend.

Does what it says in the product description, a bit of a tight fit but once on it is quite comfortable considering how tight it is, very happy with purchase

It's very good, the only downside is the veast role over from the end when you set down and make you uncomfortable, I advice with the full suit much better
