Great product, good value for money and prompt delivery

To early to say how well they work but on initial trialling pleased with the results and so useful to get tge variations of hard/softness.

These items are perfect for soothing sore muscles whatever the cause of discomfort. They are hand sized and easy to control and have certainly helped me. Also not expensive.

Arrived on time and with three balls with differing stiffness you can choose which best suits you.

Excellent hand massager

Excellent! Exactly as described. All 3 also ‘give’ so you can build up to the harder one. Would recommend.

I ordered these with two specific purposes in my mind: 1. For my mother in law to use to relax her arthritic hand muscles - all three balls are much too hard for her 2. For my wife to use with a child in her class with cerebral palsy - all of them bar the softest of the three balls are too hard for them. BUT then I realised they were for lying on!!! To be honest, both my wife and I struggled with all of the balls and actually made us more stressful than de-stressing us? One for the gym fanatic only!

Absolutely love these balls, used them in a pilates class & immediately ordered myself some. They arrived within 24hrs, which was brilliant. Helps loosen off tight IT bands,relieves foot / heel pain and so much more.
