I've been using this product for over two years now & I LOVE the way it makes my hair look and feel.There isn't a weird smell like many other products, and it dries beautifully in my hair leaving it frizz-free and holds my curls just right without looking crunchy! It isn't disgustingly sticky like some other products I've tried but I still wash my hands after applying it- as you should.You don't need toooo much product so the value is really good in my opinion, especially when you're getting a quality product that truly works.If I don't use it in the morning, my hair just does not have a good day!I highly recommend this product for all my wavy/curly hair girlies!

I’ve been TRYING a lot of curly hair products to see what will become my one and done go to. I say trying because nothing sticks for me to want to keep buying and using. I am multiethnic so many of my curls are barely even curls. I tried this for the first time today and even without teasing the roots for volume and allowing my hair to fully air dry (I sat most of the time under a ceiling fan), my hair dried without feeling weighed down and for the most part not crunchy and there is volume!I LOVE how fluffy but definitely not frizzy my hair is! My hair type is 3a-3c with some unruly 2b-2c strands.I was also nervous about the smell, when I read it plainly says it smells like laundry detergent. Guess what! I love the smell! I’m glad that the smell lingers in my hair. I’ll monitor for hold over the next few days and also flaking. I despise wearing black and having flakes on my clothes. I understand the price comes with good ingredients so this maybe worth my money!

I keep trying products for my hair and so far I love this one. I keep it in my shower so that when I’m done i can flip my hair over and drench it in this curl cream and do some twists and scrunches before wrapping it up. My curls are defined and soft and smell sooooo good. I love this stuff. This is NOT a drill.

I have extremely fine, 2C/3A waves/curls that I was really struggling to keep hydrated and defined this winter. Suddenly my usual routine was just not cutting it and I had tried what felt like EVERYTHING to bring some life back to my hair. I found out about this product from a Cosmopolitan article talking about products for fine, textured hair and I decided to give it a go. I am SO GLAD I did!! This product does exactly what it says it does: gives you light as a feather, soft as a pillow curls. My hair is hydrated and shiny and there is ZERO crunch or greasy residue. The smell is a bit strong when going on, but doesn't linger in an overpowering way; you're just gonna smell super clean.What has worked the best for me is1. immediately combing my hair with a detangling comb after I get out of the shower2. re-wetting my hair with a spray bottle so it's dripping wet2. putting a pea sized amount on my finger tips and then rubbing my hands together before flipping my hair and scrunching throughout the ends; you want your hair to make a squelching sound as you distribute the product3. standing back upright and scrunching through the outer layers but not putting it too close to the scalp to avoid build up over time4. then doing another pass with a microfiber towel to remove excess water and lock in the shape of the curls5. air drying!This product really has been revolutionary for me and I've been recommending it to all of my curly-haired friends. It is on the pricier side for a hair product, but the bottle is so big and a little goes a long way, so I really see myself not needing to repurchase for at least 6 months (and that's with washing my hair every other day). 10/10 recommend!

Recently started wearing my natural curly hair curly and this stuff was recommended by my natural curly haired friend. I think it works pretty well but it does make hair just a little sticky at times and I do experience some frizz.I’m still figuring it out and learning to embrace my really curly curls. I think most days this stuff works really great but i do live in a very humid climate and I’m not sure anything will defeat frizz completely.Works better than stuff you find at Walgreens and a little bit goes a long way so it’s a good value.

This smells so good. Like clean laundry. That fresh linen smell! Washed my hair and dried it as much as I could, put a pretty generous amount throughout my wet hair and blow dried on low with a diffuser and HOOOLY. Non frizzy defined curls. Don’t worry about putting in too much product, still looks good just will take longer to dry. Light as a feather. No crunch. Doesn’t feel like there is a hold in it because it’s so light. Awesome product! CURLS BE CURLIN’

I wasn't allergic to it (rare), and I liked what it did for my hair (also rare). HOWEVER, the smell was INCREDIBLY STRONG. Overnight the first time I used it, I was tempted a few times to get up and wash my hair! I washed it in the morning, but later I had to wash it again to get the smell completely out. I am soooo disappointed - finding something that I'm not allergic to and that actually works is like finding the holy grail, but there's no way I can deal with the smell. PLEASE consider an unscented version!!

This is my favorite product for curly hair. It doesn’t weigh hair down or make it feel greasy. It doesn’t have a crunchy feel to it. Just perfectly soft and bouncy curls. And I love the smell! It reminds me of clean laundry, which might not be for everyone as far as a hair product goes. This is one product that I will always buy.
