I was skeptical, but I am really loving this product! It has absolutely helped to control my sugar cravings and I feel as though my blood sugar has been more balanced. I am a 6 day a week Intermittent faster, and I can definitely go 18 hours without a problem! I don't take this until I break my fast, but I have been using it for a while and I notice my cravings are WAY down, and my appetite feels more slightly controlled. I take this in conjunction with Phsyllium Fiber and it keeps me feeling fuller longer. Great product. No bad taste. Easy to take!

Doctor recommended supplements but due to issues with swalling pills, I selected this as a substitute. Doesn't appear to have any flavor at all. Haven't taken long enough to notice results yet, but being able to swallow it is definately a plus! Update: Been taking for months now along with several other liquid supplements and together they appear to have great overall affects on general well being. I also like the online description that says "Natural & Safe: Made under U.S. guidelines, non-GMO, gluten-free, and crafted with high-quality natural ingredients". I just ordered more.

The product worked well with helping me to control my appetite. It's a plus that the taste isn't bad either. Definitely worth the price

I was encouraged by my doctor to incorporate a Berberine supplement to my daily regimen to aid in lowering my cholesterol and improve my gut health. Have tried several different types of Berberine and this one exceeds my expectations. The odorless drops mixes in any liquid without changing the flavor and the dropper is easy to use. I especially like the fact that it is easily absorbed without stomach irritation. Highly recommend this brand.

I recommend trying this product 100%!I started my weightloss journey and saw someone recommending people to take this as “Nature’s Ozempic”. So with receiving that information I read some reviews and purchased the product. Since October 2024, I have purchased 2 bottles and about to purchase a 3rd one!I can say that this product does boost your energy and curb your appetite! So if you’re doing some intermittent fasting this will help! I am satisfied with this product! I am down 16lbs since I started taking this and changing my diet to a Mediterranean style kind of eating. If you’re curious let this be your sign, to try it!

I leaving this as a 3 star for now but i will update as its only been 2 days and I had to stop. My wife is going on with it.Taste is ok, doesn’t really have a flavor to speak of. To me it seems bland. We held it under our tongues for 60 seconds and experienced a tingling feeling under our tongue that started a few seconds after taking it and didn’t go away until we washed it down with water. What we noticed the first day was an increase in energy and a decrease in appetite. The second day was the same for my wife, but I started to notice side effects that progressively got worse as the 2nd day went on.First thing I noticed on the second morning was that I woke up feeling “off”. Definitely not myself. Unsettled like I had an underlying terrible feeling mood wise. Then the stomach cramps came. It continued throughout the day and hurt worse when I ate something. I popped a few tums and it got a little better. So it’s the night of the second day and I’ve decided to stop taking it. I’ll update as my wife continues.

I like the fact that this berberine is an easy to take and swallow liquid; the taste is very mild. Hopefully it is effective for blood sugar control and reducing appetite/cravings but I can't say positively how effective these drops are. My intention is to take them for a period of time so I give this product a good test run. Ironically, other berberine drops are VERY sweet which doesn't make sense because Berberine is a strong, terrible tasting herb so it's good that there is an this option that is not overwhelmed with sweetness.
