Moved to a state that required a front plate and this came with everything needed. Really nothing special about it but the packaging will blow you away. I honestly thought I had recived some high end luxury item it was so nice.

Works good. Sent my son for his lincoln town car.which had no front tag holder. To install his Elvis tag.

Being in Texas, we're required to have plates on the front and back of the vehicle. Traditionally, the dealer will install a plate holder on the front before the car leaves the lot. But if you buy used or move from a state that did not require a front plate, you might find yourself in a similar boat to me where the front has not plate holder. In this case, you could go without a holder and screw the plate directly into the bumper. Or get one of these holders.I personal don't like the idea of the plate directly attached to the bumper. Without a back plate or holder, the license plate is likely to get bent and twisted easily.As for this plate holder, it's rigid and will support the license plate. It also has a number of options for mounting. I personally like that it comes with metal ties instead of plastic zip ties. Why? Because I plan to attach the holder to the lower grill so I don't have to drop the bumper cover. But to attach the plate holder I'll use the metal ties and I don't have to worry about it aging and becoming brittle like with plastic zip ties.The price is competitive and I feel this product has a leg up on others. So buy this one.

The kit was okay. For the cost, it was just fine. Very basic and has a lot of excess pieces that don’t need to be in the kit. Bought bc I was in a bind and needed a plate holder asap. It did the job just fine.

Our state now requires front license plates. This is the perfect kit for adding a plate onto the car.This has the frame that rests against the bumper and the plate cover to go over top. This has bumpers, anti-slip foam pieces and plenty of screws/nuts to intall this in less than 30 minutes. You can see that our car has pre-drilled holes in the bumper. They line up perfectly to the frame.The frame that sits at the very top is plain and simple. Nothing fancy or decorative. Just subtle black metal that will show off your front plate.
