These are a great concept but I only had a few of my sweet pea seeds germinate.I'm not sure if that's down to the seeds themselves or the grow cubes, but it was a disappointing result.That said, they are easy to use and considering what's included I do think they are good value for money.I have planted some different seeds in the ones I had left over so will update my review once they have grown (fingers crossed).

I got this to start more seedlings for my allotment but the process is a bit harder than I expected. I had never used rockwool before and there were no instructions included so I ended up researching online. I got these thinking that they will be more convenient to use than compost but they aren't. Rockwool doesn't have a seedling friendly pH so you need to prepare them by using purified water. Then it isn't recommended to simply transfer the whole cube into the soil either, so more work there. If you don't mind all of this then the results can be good as moisture retention is good for the seedlings and creates good conditions. I sowed some sweetcorn and waiting to see if they'll grow. The set also included some plastic net pots. There are 50 cubes.
