Wearing this on a cold day hits so different, its amazing! Super fluffy and soft, and I love the pockets! I'm tempted to buy the other version now that winters coming

I got this for my wife, and she likes it. She says it is comfortable, soft, and warm. We both the like the cute kawaii appearance and the accurate size. What we do not like is the quality and quality control. This thing sheds like crazy. We have a house full of little bits of soft fluff from this garment. It also had quite a few loose threads. But even worse, it came with an area that needs mending (see photo). I cant tell if they missed the fabric edge when sewing the seam and thus left an un-sewn area of seam, or if it was just poorly sewn and ripped. In any case, it should never have left the factory in this condition. It speaks of very poor quality control, so even though it is cute and soft I can't give it more than three stars due to poor quality.(PS: I am handy with a sewing machine and was able to repair the seam fairly easily or I would have returned the garment.)
