Foot pain wasn't my problem. I put a pair of these in work boots, and the insoles are soft and give good support. The leather should last a long time.

Very nice insert, but....... it is only 3/4 length. Nowhere does the listing indicate this. If you zoom in on the package you will see in fine print 3/4 length insoles. I was looking for full length

I’ve purchased some of these for all of my shoes. The comfort is great after standing on my feet for 8 hours a day. The arch support wasn’t as much as I’d hoped, but overall the cushion is great on the feet.

They slide up in my shoes after about an hour leaving about a half inch gap between the heel of the shoe and the heel of my foot. This becomes very uncomfortable. I've tried them in different shoes and types. At this point, I'm retiring them.

I find these help, but they didn't work out in the shoes that I had wanted them for. They made the shoes feel too tight on the upper part of my foot. Those shoes were already borderline in that way through (up and down from the top of my foot to the bottom.) So the thickness of the inserts put me over the edge. Also, in those shoes, I could really feel the edge of these on the underside of my arch.I switched them to my Izod sneakers which are flat casuals, not really any extra padding at all, and they felt much better. In those shoes, I don't ever notice the 'cut off.' I think the difference really was just in size up and down on the shoe.They really only pad the heal, but they do it with a gel that's firm but giving, not too squishy. The outside of these has the look and feel of leather so they would be perfect and look nice in dress shoes.

The inserts are made with quality material. The leather surface is nice and smooth and feels very comfortable. The gel also feels very supportive. However, the biggest issue for me is the 3/4 length design.I get that with 3/4 length design, it can fit more size of shoes with the same insert. But the trouble is it will slide since forward the insert is shorter than the shoe. Even a slight shift will make you uncomfortable. I wish this is a full length insert and it would be a great product.

Great support and confort! I bought these specifically because my shoes fit me a little loose and the inserts provide the right amount of support and fill so that my fit is just right.
