These were way better quality than I expected. A couple had knots that made them almost unuseable, unless cut in half. For not being premium quality rebutted, and squared, they were actually fairly square. Probably not great shingles for a roof, but excellent shingles for an outbuilding sidewall. If you have a lot of corners you are trying to layer, they can be a little difficult to trim, due to the knots. So corner shingles should be chosen a little more carefully to avoid knots, or weird grain where trimming. I found it easiest to trim corners with a small trimming plane, or a small block plane. All in all they are beautiful shingles that will add a lot of character to your project.

Good shingles, shipped right away - way, way over-priced. Go to your local hardware store.

Delivered on time, quality wood, shingles for house siding (not roof shingles) are hard to find.
