It is a good weight bench.

I expected this to arrive and create a workout of its own to get in the door.... BOY was i WRONG. its actually really lightweight, like so light that i thought it was missing parts!ITs all there, and i can sit on it, and i weigh about 300Lbs.but i dont think i would EVER add another 700 pounds to it (it claims 1000 pounds)its freakisly light, and was simple enough to assemble. but not the most robust, not weighted and not something i am sure about to be honest.it come with zero weights, and im just afraid ill tip it over while working out. so MAYBE better for a youth or teen i dont know, im so conflicted if this is of any quality.

I wanted a light, compact, easily movable bench for my smart home gym and this works great. It is not for heavy bench exercises. I’d say it is fine for 200 pounds or less. It declines slightly, goes flat, has incline options, and a moveable seat. The decline is nice for sit-ups. Overall this is a great lightweight bench.

At the time of ordering, this Sjfehlld Weight Bench was listed at 199.99 which is ridiculous considering that it literally flexed and made cracking sounds when I leaned on an area close to the head rest.The Bench came fully assembled...The only items that had to be attached were the 2 foam foot pads. The listing boasts a 1000lb capacity, however, I weigh 230lbs and I am not going to risk doing any sort of workouts with this piece of equipment since it is unwieldy just when sitting on it.The frame is made of thin gauge metal which does not seem robust enough for any serious sort of workout; and the adjustable back pad bar sits crooked in the support notches as it is misaligned on the hinge. I also found that the spaced between the seat bad and back rest (where the folding hinge is) is far too wide, as it feel very uncomfortable when laying flat on it.The only saving grace was the ankle/foot pads...I ended up giving those to my cats, and they love batting them around the house and rolling on top of them.
