Wow 🤩 what great value! Great quality.. easy to assemble..We are lucky to have a garden that’s a real sun trap, so this is perfect.. helps cut some of the sunny glare during day, and ideal to keep the evening draft off ..We love this.. 100% recommend this canopy.. really posh!

definitely a two person job to put together and the instructions are ok but could be clearer. overall the the awning looks good and s great for what we need.

Make sure YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY!Quite straightforward and heavy to lift in place.Looks great and works well.

Only thing was it came as a flat pack so had to assemble it..

The media could not be loaded. Husband tried to instal a couple of times. Then gave up and we had to call another person to install. While installing, we had to try different fittings for the arm, otherwise it wouldn’t close. Because of that, while closing, it broke the sides where the arm were fitted first. If you don’t get the right place, which is not in the instructions, it just doesn’t work. We ended up installing late, so no we wouldn’t be able to return. Other than the broken part, it looks very nice. I believe if instructions were better we wouldn’t had had any problems. The arm should be installed 30cm away from the edges on the front side.

Lovely item and easy to install

So disappointed with this canopy. Hired a handy man to install it, as it was going on the exterior kitchen wall. He opened the box, took one look at it, and told me to return it. Unless it’s a bright sunshiney day with zero breeze, it’s unusable. How many of those days do we get in the UK.Requested a return from seller. Had a patronising reply remarking about ‘buyers remorse’ or something, and offered £12 to keep it & resell, or I can return it at my expense. I wouldn’t resell knowing what I know now, and Quotes to return are expensive due to weight and size. So I’m stuck with the loss.I purchased a pergola instead, and I’m thrilled with it. Wished I’d have known before I wasted my time and money on this canopy.

Unlike all the other ones that I had bought before (from different manufacturers), this one arrived in many pieces and required assembly.Took a long time to assemble and had to go to local DIY store to buy proper wall fixings as the ones which came with the kit were poor quality & completely useless.
