For recombining, we recommend 100g of powder for 700ml of water (1:7 ratio) as a starting point. Since our milk powder contains no emulsifiers or additives, it may take a bit more effort to dissolve. To prevent lumps use a stick blender, or alternatively, create a milk paste solution by dissolving the powder in a small amount of lukfewarm water first. Then gradually stir this paste into your main beverage to ensure even incorporation. |
