How do you remove the old key tops? Is tjere a special tool that won't cause damage?

We simply wet a towel a little and squeezed it out, then placed it over a few piano keys at a time and ironed with a hot clothing iron a little. This loosens the adhesive with steam and you can just slip a letter opener under and pluck them off. You might put an extra towel over the black keys to protect them from steam damage. Good luck!

can I just glue them to the tops of my Clavinova keys?

Unfortunately no, you need to remove the old key tops--you wouldn't want to just glue these on top of existing keys.

Are these an off white or a bright white?

They are off white. They come packaged with white paper dividing the keys, and they are off white compared to the paper. However, they are much brighter and lighter than they old key tops I am replacing.

Is it possible to install these without removing original ivory on the keys? can they just be glued on top of the normal keys?

The old keytops, whether they are ivory or plastic, would have to be removed before installing the new keytops. The results of the project wouldn't look very nice if this isn't done.
