Rhino Rack Sunseeker 8'2" (2.5m) Awning for Cars Trucks SUVs Vans (32133)

I have purchased two Rhino-Rack Sunseeker awnings for my off-road camping vehicles. They were easy to install using the existing racks on the vehicles. Setting up is fairly straightforward and can be done by one person, but easier with two. It provides good protection from the elements. It may not matter to most people, but I like the black poles.

As others have mentioned, mine did not come with any of the mounting hardware either. I was missing the brackets, nuts, bolts and guylines (but got the stakes for the guylines). Definitely recommend buying mounting hardware separately.Once I ordered all the hardware needed install.was very easy. I already have Rhino Rack vortex bars on my truck so the brackets easily slide in place.Setting it up is fairly straightforward and only takes a few minutes. And it quickly rolls back up for storage. I love the velcro tabs to help keep it in place while zipping the bag up.

This is the last time I will buy a Rhino Rack product.This time there is no hardware or rope in the box... I guess I'll just duct tape it to my car.2 previous purchases before I have bought through Rhino Racks website and they have taken my money and then later informed me that the product will be shipped between 1-3 months later due to the items being out of stock. I thought using amazon to buy their product would help but no, the messed it up here as well.

Bought this awning to use on my trailer for camping trips. Install was simple and I was able to do it by myself. Setting it up at a campsite is relatively easy with two people, but can be tricky doing it solo.It does well to shade you from the sun and, as long as it's not windy, it'll keep you dry from rain and snow. If wind is blowing and it's raining, you're guaranteed to get wet.My two main frustrations are that the Velcro straps that attach the canopy to the crossbars are was too short. They should be at least another three inches long. It's difficult to securely and tightly fasten them at their current length. My other concern is that these types of awnings really need a strip of canopy for the backside of the mount. There's about a one foot gap between the top of the canopy to the top part of our trailer that easily let's in rain or snow. This defeats the purpose of staying dry.Other than that, this has been a great addition to our trailer.

I got this awning to go along with my Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I was skeptical when I ordered it because of all the reviews complaining of missing hardware, but the price was competitive at Amazon. Sure enough, the original box was damaged, including the end of it being missing and this box was shipped inside another box that was in good shape. When I checked the parts list, I found that all the mounting hardware, ropes, and stakes were missing (see photo of parts list - missing items are highlighted). I contacted both Rhino Rack and Amazon to try to correct it. Rhino Rack was not interested in my problem and referred me to Amazon. Amazon gave me a partial refund that allowed me to replace the missing parts. I just mounted and set up the awning today and it works well and is a great complement to my Jeep and the Pioneer Platform. See my pictures.
