We read about these keychains on forums and had to try these out. Perfect fit and extremely durable. Other than having to remove the plastic bit from the original key fob it was a breeze to install. We appreciated the little shims included with the kit because we needed them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their current key fob or to replace their broken one. Absolutely love it.

My keyfob for my 2010 FJ Cruiser cracked. I had run across this company before browsing the internet, so I gave it a try. First, I’m a web developer, so I’m hyper-sensitive to how websites look and the user experience. Their website is excellent, they have short tutorial videos on how to swap your key into their new unit. You’ll need a razor knife and a small Philips screwdriver. Quality is excellent, the fob is well-made and has some actual weight to it. They’re also color-matched to your vehicle, so that’s kinda cool. What made everything even better was the quality of the videos.

My stock gx470 keys twisted apart while cranking. This is a nice American made aftermarket solution to the problem. I was able to switch the guts over in 2-3 minutes. The transferred pieces fit nice and snug. This case feels solid and looks like it will stand the test of time. Its a good value and I would recommend this case to anybody with the same era Lexus key.

Great quality and fit. Video instructions were perfect and easy to follow. Only tiny thing, is I wished the lock, unlock, and panic buttons were colored. I definitely recommend these products. I used some model paint to make them standout better. 2012 FJ Cruiser

Great Look and Gud Product

This key fob shell is a BIG improvement over the OEM Toyota plastic housing, both in terms of build quality and design. It’s arguably the best value option currently available at this price point. However, there are some notable shortcomings. The presence of visible molding marks detracts from the overall finish, and the surface texture lacks the tactile grip and matte refinement typically expected on higher-end products. At a $40 USD price tag, I expected a more refined product. That said, I would still purchase this product again, as it remains a significant and worthwhile upgrade to the dated FJ Cruiser key fob.
