KerLiTar Large Button Corded Phone with Caller ID Speed Dial Picture Phones for Seniors(White, P029W)

This phone is useless. The directions on how to set it up are so poorly written as to be unintelligible. This is a direct quote: "Hot press SET button to enter setting state, under the LCD display SET 12345678, the press numeric keys or press wove choose Settings, LCD displays the corresponding item SET at the same time, in a setting is completed, presentation to delete key to exit a directory..." If you understand what it's saying, you're better than I am. So I thought, how hard can it be? I'll just muddle though the phone menu and figure it out. The menus on the phone are even worse, appearing to be just a jumble of letters and numbers. Don't waste your time or money.

I bought this phone for my mother who suffers from dementia. Unfortunately, it was missing the cord from the base to the handset, so it had to be returned. Next one will be purchased from a store to ensure that the box contains all of the pieces.

There are 3 big buttons that you program with telephone numbers. I guess you can replace the pictures somehow though I did not. My elderly parents know to select the middle button and it calls my cell phone which is what I want in case of an emergency.Sound quality seems OK and the price was good. A good purchase IMO.

My mom loves this "old" fashioned phone in her assisted living place and the three pictures were a huge help in knowing who she is calling! She kept getting the remote for the tv and the phone mixed up and now that we have this phone for her and the Universal Big Button TV Remote she is much happier

This phone is great 😀. The only thing I don’t like about it and did not realize ,when I got it is that it only has one line ID. No name, just the number.

The phone is a standard phone with no answering or light. Very difficult to set phone as directions are not clear.

The phone just doesn't work. And when you have to email a person's personal Yahoo account for customer service...well, that kinda says it all. This cheap phone doesn't work.

This phone is easy for my mother to dial out. We have no problem with this phone so far. Will come back after a month.
