Ringer is not very loud/Stops after 2 rings
There is no power cord for this phone, it plugs only into the phone cable connection in your home. This is good because in case of power failure, the phone will still work. However when you increase the volume for the phone it sound decent, but when an actual call comes in, the volume gets quieter while ringing like it isn't getting enough power from the wall to make the louder ring. Also, the one I got will stop ringing after 2 rings. You can still pick it up to answer but for a senior who is hard of hearing this phone will not work at all.

Cheaply made
I returned it because it had a lot of static when using it. Very light weight plastic. It seemed very cheaply made.

Good phone for individuals with hearing or sight impairment
Bought this phone for my mother, I programmed my phone number on the picture button, It's easy to set and works well, She likes the idea of just looking at the picture and then the phone speed dials the number for her. Also the numbers are large too and easy for her to see, Recommend.
