Great value.
This is a mighty little trimmer. I can do my entire yard on one charge, cuts and functions like a bigger model, but it is much easier to handle. Good quality, no complaints here. It is one of my go-to garden tools. Don't be afraid to purchase it, it works great.

Wonderful and surprising little trimmer
I could not believe how good this little rechargable electric trimmer worked. Very surprised that I could trim Youngstown Juniper stems with ease. Did a great job and simple to handle

Pretty good for light work
I’ve only used the SOYUS Cordless Grass Shear once so far, but it made a good first impression. It’s not super powerful, so it might not be ideal for tough or thick trimming, but for light yard work and touch-ups, it gets the job done. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and the battery lasted through the job without any issues. I like that it comes with both grass and shrub attachments. For occasional use and small tasks, this seems like a solid tool.

Nice versatile little unit
I have only used the trimmer 4 times, but so far both trimmer connections work very well. The battery stayed charged for a decent amount of time. All in all, I think it a very good purchase for the price.

How did I live without this?
This is a terrific gardening tool. It really hold a charge and cuts through grass & small branches on shrubs. I love it!!!!

Poor instructions, release tabs didn't wirk
First, when reading the instructions, they kept referring multiple times to "figures" to illustrate points. There were no figures. Then I tried to try the second blade included. There were two tabs to press to release the blade and I could not get them to release. If you don't have much hand strength, this is not the tool for you

Battery is The Weak Link
I first bought this 18-inch hedge clipper in June 2022 and used it a couple of times with good results. More recently I wanted to use it so I charged up the battery to the green light state, put the battery in the tool, pulled the trigger and ....nothing.Since the battery was at full charge and the tool would't respond, I figured the hedge clipper was at fault so I ordered a new one for replacement. I charged up the battery, inserted it in the clipper and the clipper went into action.Since my old battery from the 2022 clipper purchase was charged up, I inserted it into the new tool expecting it to jump into action...NOTHING!!I placed the new battery in the old clipper and, Voila!!! It it immediately jumped into action. So, the problem was not with the old clipper as the old clipper ran flawlessly with the new battery. It seems though that buying a new replacement battery on Amazon cost as much as buying a new hedge trimmer that includes the battery (Clipper w/battery $64.99) vs. (Battery Only $59.99)Otherwise, the trimmer is a great tool and does a good job without having to pull out a long heavy extension cord. I love the ease and freedom allowed without being tethered to an extension cord.

Handy Tool; Good Price; Holding Up Well
I do a lot of landscaping and have dozens of tools - gas battery, etc. I've been using this for about 4 months. It has performed surpringly well. I use it primarily for trimming grass in tight spaces like along fences and around fixtures. I typically use it in 15 - 20 mins for off and on use as I move from place to place. It cuts grass cleanly and fast. Much more control than a weed wacker and much faster than any handtool. Ive never had the battery run out on me, but, again I dont use it continuously for very long. The hedge trimmer attachment is fine for smaller plants or quick clean up where there's just a few stragglers. If you're looking to use this as your primary hedge trimmer for mature plants, you'll probably find it lacking. It's too small and wouldnt handle anything but the thinnest, green (as opposed to wood) growth. Ive got larger, beefier tools for that. But for small, quick clean up, it's serviceable.
