Nutricost is the best biotin. Whenever I try another brand for B7, I always go back to Nutricost. I don't know what the difference is but not all brands are the same.

I took the entire bottle of Biotin following the recommended dosage of two per day, but I didn't notice much of a difference in the end. Maybe Biotin isn't what I need. My nails are weak and prone to breaking and peeling, and unfortunately, they are still in the same condition as before I started taking it. I'm unsure if it takes longer to see results or if I should have seen an improvement within 60 days. I didn't see any positive effects on my nails. I do wash my hands frequently, and I'm not the most careful person, so that might have affected the results. Additionally, I didn't notice any changes in my hair. It's a bit dry and frizzy, but it's not a major issue, and perhaps only I notice it. Regardless, I didn't see any improvement in this area either. Overall, I don't think I will use Biotin again. Regarding this particular brand, the pills were easy to swallow, and you get a good amount of Biotin in each two-capsule serving. The bottle was well-sealed and seemed fresh. However, I had hoped for better results.

Helps keep nails growing back quicker it's what is does for me along with it helped me regrow hair that was falling out. Had talked to my doctor before taking supplements she has told me to try supplements containing biotin and to take 1 tablet per day instead of 2 per day.

The capsule are on the small side which makes them easy to take and swallow. The fact that this supplement is in capsule form means there is no need to measure anything like you do with liquid supplements. Capsules are also easier to take with you if you are traveling or will be away from home. The supplements did not have any odor and there was not any after taste. Another plus for me is that The Nutricost Biotin capsules are made in a NSF Certified, GMP compliant, FDA Registered Facility and they are third party tested. Compared to a lot of supplements This one seems like a good value for your money. This is a brand I trust and I’m happy with these. They have a good high dosage of biotin, I try to take at least 10,000 mg a day and these make it easy.

Did not feel any difference. I doesn't work for me.
