Excellent
Only had this a few days so may update review if required. I had gigs worth of old/retro music that I wanted to listen to on the run. This little bit of kit is brilliant. Drag and drop is so easy. Connected straight away to my PC, no faffing about. Transferred over 25Gb of music in about an hour &1/2. The screen displays the album art well and the file layout is clear. Instructions are easy to follow and once you get used to the layout its so easy to use. Sound quality is very good when using my own quality buds (Bluetooth) or my own wired. The earphones supplied not so good but you cant expect top quality earphones when the unit itself is only £35. Battery seems to last well (over 15hrs so far without having to re-charge. Feels well made. Purchased a small case as well that's recommended by Amazon. Overall this is MP3 player is excellent for the price and would recommend to anyone.

I've amended my review comments on sd card
OK the positives. It looks nice, well built and seems premium even though it's cheap. Battery life is good, it handles a decent range of file formats. Sound quality is fine through headphones, tried both wired earbuds and Sony over ears (the Sony ones sound like crap though unless you switch on the preamp and then it's really good). For £30 it's probably worth the money if you just want a basic mp3 player. The bad: The music sorting sucks, it can only handle 4000 tracks and renders special characters weird even artist names with standard punctuation show as gobbledygook. The fix for this is to use folder view. I originally marked down my review because of this as the folder view was unsorted but just learned that's all down to FAT filesystems. If you're copying files from Windows this should work fine, on Linux and Mac probably you'd need to sort your sd card after copying the file. I used a cli tool called 'fatsorter' to do this which took a second. Also folder view doesn't glitch for non standard characters so Korean, Japanese, Arabic etc all shows up fine. With that in mind I'm upping from 3 to 4 stars. The UI kind of sucks. It's the same crappy android that all these bargain basement players use. It's clunky to navigate, the touch controls feel a bit weird. Actual buttons would have been nicer but I guess that adds cost. The font size is too big for the song list so long artist and track names will be cut off. It would be nice to be able to change that. There's some bloated features, videos, calendar etc.It cannot read m4a.

Pocket Rock It!
I like having my music on a separate device to my phone so when my old iPod Classic gave up the ghost it was time to shop for something new...Straight out of the box it's nice looking and solidly built. SD card slots in the side for extra storage. Easily connected to my MacBook Pro to drag and drop my music files. The built in speaker gives surprising good sound quality. Although the earbuds that come with it aren't great, some reasonable headphones make all the difference. Bluetooth connectivity is a bonus if you want the boost of an external speaker.Still getting used to selecting tracks, at the moment I'm finding that searching via 'Files' is the easiest way to find what I'm looking for.

Not the greatest sound quality
The unit is well made and has a quality feel to it. The casing appears to be aluminium. The display is clear and well set out. Navigation is linear and easily understood. Instructions are clear. Battery life is excellent and the usb c charging cable clicks reassuringly in.I would have scored higher but the sound quality isn’t great even with my own headphones.

Amazing!
The media could not be loaded. When i opened the package i was amazed to see how smart the product is. The matte black colour makes it very basic looking on the outside but as you go on to use it you realise what a complex and clever device it is. What really drew me to this product, was how light and thin it is, so much so that you cant even feel it in your pocket! It also has an integrated speaker which is good considering the small size. Also included on this MP3 player, is; voice recordings( you can make and save these for later), folder view, a stopwatch and different wallpapers ( i haven’t get seen one with the many different wallpapers) Although it takes a solid 4 hours to fully charge, the battery lasts for many hours, which means longer listening hours up to as many as 60! I was also very impressed with the amount of storage it has, 64GBs worth. Lastly i love that not only does it have headphone connectivity, an integrated speaker, but it also has the availability to connect to bluetooth, This includes Speakers or other devices. Most other products of this kind start at around £40 whereas this is £34.95 and just as good. The ease of moving across music files is also really good.I have had other products from this company before and i am pleased to say that it has a FREE 3 year warranty that only takes a minute to activate. Last thing that i have to say is that this company is so environmentally friendly that they plant a tree for every order!

Bluetooth connectivity does not work
Cannot recommend this MP3 player at all. Cannot get the bluetooth to connect to any device. Screen is unreadable at times. Just over a month old and it is not working, AVOID!

Excellent MP3 Player
Alex DonaldsonRated 5 out of 5 Excellent MP3 playerAlex DonaldsonI recently purchased the Majority MP3 Pro and I have to say that I am very pleased with it so far. The feel of the product is excellent. It is slightly weighty and solid, giving it a quality feel. The menu is easy to navigate and music files are easy to add by dragging and dropping.I prefer to use the player with earphones rather than the inbuilt speaker and the sound quality is excellent. I did find the creation of playlists a little long winded and tedious however it transpires that this device is compatible with my previous MP3 players’ software making the use of this player effortless and the transition an enjoyable one.I have yet to try all of the functions of this player, but if my experience to date is anything to go by, I would say that it will be well done and I would definitely recommend this player to anyone. The only thing I could ask for would be a case to keep it in to maintain its quality finish.

Works with Linux fine; good positive controls
A good price for a player that does exactly what I need it to and nothing extra: play music, and play the audio files for the language I'm learning. The audio is clear, the display is crisp and bright, readable even without my glasses. The controls allow me to do what I need: lock the box so I can drop it in my pocket and go hiking without accidentally skipping back or forward in the list. The player controls are light but positive, much better than an earlier version of this player that had a touch screen that didn't always pay attention to my fingers. The new control pad is a circular switch pad, with a complete set of playback controls, including allowing me to fast forward and backward within an audio file. And it works with Linux, once I've done the necessary setup:sudo parted -lsudo lsblk -f

Mp3 wie handy
Bedingungen sehr sensibel und aufgebaut wie bei einem Handy. Schöne Größe und für seine Größe recht schwer. Also merkt man es sollte es verloren gehen.

Pretty good, maybe not the best sound
All the features work great. Also like that there's no FM radio. Controls work fine once you get used to it. I bought for my kids and they were very happy. It feels fairly solid so hopefully they will last a while.Impressed with battery life and storage so far.Audio quality seems a bit lacking sometimes, but it's fine for the kids. Also it has a max volume limit which is a great idea to protect hearing.

Zeigt Alben Cover an!

Just what I need
I need a light weight player for working out, and a rugged player to help me go to sleep. This one does it all at a great price. While not indestructible, they last a really long time and have all the features I want
