High quality and effective
I was sold after the first use and now use it daily. It has a strong menthol scent, which I like but might not be for everyone. Like other menthol based topicals, it has a slight burning/tingling sensation, so you need to be careful not to use it on sensitive areas. I primarily use it on my feet and ankles and it helps relieve soreness after a long day on my feet. Although it says it contains hemp oil, it is one of the last ingredient so I'm not sure how much is actually present. Regardless, this cream has been working for me and I'll continue to use it.

Works pretty well
Works pretty well. It restored feeling to my big toes after just a few applications spread out days apart. I have neuropathy. I also have nerve damage in my index finger that flares up and this stuff calms down the pain and throbbing after a few minutes. It's not perfect but it's pretty effective. Smells like icy hot but that's expected.

Did not work for me, but i tried.
It did not work for me. The instant I opened it I recognized the smell as the same as another product I had tried (Icy Hot) which didn't work for me either. I read al the interviews and hoped this would be help. My feet got so hot and painful that I had to get up in the night and wash it off. But I am glad Itried it and will continue to look for something in hope that the pharmacy industry will someday find a solution or the medical industry will fine another way. I have started with my chiropractor who is helping with cold lazer treatments and after 2 I have had some relief fromt the tingling and pain.

Good pain relief.
It did a good job, but I used it on my foot and after a while it felt really hot. After I took my shoe off for a little while it was OK.

Dangerous!!!
This product worked a teeny bit to reduce the tingling in my feet and hands. I washed thoroughly after use. Then, several hours later I thoughtlessly touched my mouth and experienced a painful burning sensation that took hours to clear up, interfering with my slw! This stuff is BAD!!!
