I use it to hold my Medtronic 870G. It works well. it is difficult to use the belt clips. It is hard to pry open the clips.

Best pouch so far, but clip is a little too tight. Hard to slide over clothing. Fine for a belt. Magnet closure is great; much better than Velcro.
