My husband loves these blinds! Previously used a roller shade, but this blind, top down bottom up,is multifunctional serving many purposes. Works well, made well. Color is perfect. A little pricey but worth it! Easy to install. Easy to determine size needed, just follow instructions !

Wonderful shades. The sizes were exact and fit my windows perfectly. Quality seems to be just as good the more expensive brands. Installation was quick and easy. I'm going to order more for the rest of the house for sure!

I ordered custom sizes and told them not to deduct their (manufacture's) 1/8th inch on my width as I wanted mine to be 1/4-inch less than my inside window width measurement and they fit great, look great too. I don't believe they are a very durable blind because the material reminds me of "handy-wipe" material that will tear easy and will not be very cleanable either. They will definitely collect dust easy because of the roughness of the material and I'm sure will be a pain to vacuum without damaging the material & its creases /folds. I think that they are overpriced because of this rather cheap material & its cleaning problem. I ordered light filtering and do like the way they keep my sunroom's 5 windows lit up. Headrail is very nice & the blinds install very easy. I especially like the up/down feature on these blinds. These blinds replaced 20 year-old custom handmade Roman shades but I don't believe they will last more than 2 or 3 years, but no way of telling this for sure yet.

I love top down/bottom up shades for privacy with still allowing in light. These were blackout and work really well, especially if you have curtains to block any light leakage on the sides. The installation was easy.

Update as of August 6, 2025: It took a while to get a response, I'm sure because of where they are located and the time zone differences. They were very responsive and communicated efficiently and showed concern to address my issue. Back to five stars. I'm still very happy with the product and their Customer Service. FYI, the best way to contact their Customer Service is with an email through the Persilux website. Update as of July 31, 2025, approximately 18 months after receiving my order: We installed these blinds and have been very happy with them. However, the smallest of them quit working because the strings wore out and the blind will not stay up. I dropped my review from 5 stars to 3 stars unless I hear back from their customer support regarding the small blind failing so soon. It has been gently raised and lowered no more frequently than the others, but now I wonder if they will all fail similarly sooner rather than later. I could not find a phone number for them, only a way to email them and have sent my second request for assistance. If I have more information, I will update again, and even though I love these blinds, I might recommend finding some from a vendor you can contact if you have problems.After much searching and shopping and debating, we ordered 10 blinds from this website. The vendor was very responsive to messages and very helpful with additional information we needed, such as for stand off brackets as we wanted to mount these above the window frames. They helped us with measurements and would not fill the order until they were satisfied that we had all the measurements correct, because custom blinds aren't returnable. We ordered different colors for different rooms and are very happy with all of the colors. We got white light filtering for the living room, blackout for the other rooms: beige for the computer room, green for the guest room, blue for the master bedroom, and gray for the den and powder room. They shipped must faster than expected and were packaged very securely and safely. There was absolutely no damage and no parts and pieces were missing. They even included a telescoping rod for pulling down and pushing up the blinds. We ordered top down and bottom up blinds. The blinds are beautiful and well made. As long as you get your measurements right, you can't go wrong ordering from this vendor if this is the type of window treatment you want. We measured at least six to eight times and discussed how much extra length to add to make sure we had the measurements correct. You should have a few inches extra length. I think we added 2-3, and we could have added 4, especially as they are mounted above the window frame, but all of them come down as far as is needed without overstretching. We totally recommend this vendor for cellular blinds and the product is very reasonably priced.
