They won't upset your stomach, they're very gentle.
They're really great, gentle on the stomach, haven't caused me any adverse symptoms, and have reduced my cravings for sweets a bit. I highly recommend them.

Use with caution!
Berberine can drastically reduce your blood sugar (to the point of actually passing out), so I recommend only taking it if you have HIGH blood sugar. I used this supplement for about 6 weeks and during that time, I experienced several symptoms of low blood sugar including changes in my vision, lethargy, and nearly passing out. I was eager to try this to help with weight management and PCOS symptoms, but it is a no go for me.
