Sim card worked, no issue whatsoever
I activated the sim card while in the US and after landed in France, I plugged in the card and it worked instantly. It also worked flawlessly when I was in Italy. No issue whatsoever. If you download the Three app, you can also top off if you need to add more data. The packet I received with the sim card has the instructions on downloading the Three app, however you don't need to download the app if you don't plan to top off.

Bad instructions on card
You need to use activation process on Amazon product picture. I received confirmation, but will see when I get to Europe.

Worked Perfectly Germany, Austria, Italy
Easy to register, received email with phone number when promised, and worked flawlessly when landing in Germany. No problems in Austria or Italy either. Never had more than 1-2 bars, but also never didn't have service. You will get texts that tell you that you can top off the data if/when you need to, and these are worded a bit awkwardly, so I can see how someone might interpret these to mean they were already out of data.

Runs out in hours
I used this sim and the rates were horrible. I ran out of data in a day. I switched to a different sim (eSIM) and have had much better results. And no, I do not go crazy streaming videos all day. I use the sim to plot my train travel in London.

Activated before leaving and working nicely in Switzerland
This is working fine for my wife in Switzerland. Since both of us have similar SIM the data provided has been sufficient for her. There has been no coverage issue and have gotten 5G at most places in Switzerland. Only gripe I have is I had to activate the SIM before leaving. It wasn’t too time consuming but still a hassle. Also my wife has iPhone 13 which is the last iPhone with SIM. Hopefully an ESim version of this comes out soon.

Great SIM card for Europe
This is a great SIM card for traveling through Europe. We didn't have any issues with connectivity, and used it mainly in France and Italy. I can't speak for customer service, we didn't need to contact them. Overall, I definitely recommend this SIM card to others when traveling in Europe.

Frustrating at first but it worked
I used these SIM cards while on vacation in Italy. They worked OK but the set up and first use was very frustrating. I had to contact customer support using wifi in order to find out the name of the network in Italy. Then I had to have the hotel clerk explain that I had to dial 00 then the area code (44) then the phone number. I also setup an online account but once setup, the link did not work. The company name is Three and they need to improve the information they send to the first time user. Most people would have given up. I persevered and got it to work for me.

Inconsistent service
We bought 3 SIMs and 1 eSIM for trip to Europe. Activation/registration was easy enough, though eSIM did not work and had to contact support several times, and after 2 days it finally started to work. SIMs were 12Gb, but actually they were 75GB, but 12 GB cap applied to new operator/country. Still plenty enough. However, service was absolutely inconsistent. In some countries like Netherlands and Belgium it was great, but France and Germany were hit and miss. Had to manually switch operators several times to find a service. The worst was UK, which was surprising as being the home base for 3 (three). Never got any 5G and even LTE coverage was poor and really slow. Phone calls worked maybe 50% of the time, which is not acceptable. RCS messages went through sometimes but could not send MMS e.g. pictures as for whatever reason service was not provisioned. I guess you get what you pay for, but I cannot recommend this product if you want good service and piece of mind when traveling.

Great for Travel -- Activate Ahead of TIme
The set up for this sim card must be done before you leave for your trip. You set up your activation date for whenever you want depending on when you will be gone, and it will activate and give you 30 days of usage from that point. If you follow the instructions correctly, this is simple and effective to get data while travelling to have access to maps and info and such. One thing to note is that this does not cover every country, so you must ensure the country (or countries you intend to visit) are included. Our trip included one country not included (though granted, the country not included is not considered part of Europe anyway), so we had to sort out alternatives for that portion. If you are going to other countries than the ones listed, you might want to look at other SIM options.

Good Value - prepare for your travel and purchase in advance
This European SIM card has broad coverage across most European destinations (and for us all that we are visiting). The cost of cell coverage roaming abroad - particularly data - can get extremely expensive.Using this card we will have the ability to use the phone if required; more importantly we will have a comfortable amount of available date to use during our trip. This is particularly useful as we are out of the hotel and looking for directions / finding restaurants / booking reservations and tickets. On our previous trip to Europe we found ourselves attempting to find hot spots - some times we could - sometimes we were out of luck. In the end we spent more in a single day than the cost of this SIM for an entire month.Overall Verdict?I recommend purchasing this product - good product for the money.

Very handy
This came in very useful for the trip, having a 'local' number and being able to receive and make calls without incurring additional fees is so incredible helpful. The provided data is convenient and somewhat reliable, there are times when I just couldn't connect or the connection would drop but the connection would come back in under twenty minutes so it depends how urgent you are.

Inexpensive data for European Travel
I was tired of being held ransom by cellular providers on past trips, so we got this for our next bit of travel to Europe. It's less than $0.75 a day, with enough data to text and check emails, and unlimited local calls. I haven't been able to use it yet, but wanted to grab this for travel at the end of the month. Way less cost than some other options, and handy peace of mind before I depart.
