Q: My done is 6 foot and 165. What size should I order?? I’m thinking medium

My son is almost 5'11" & 180lbs and wears large. He generally wears mens medium pants or size 32x32. Hope that helps.

Q: How are you washing/cleaning the girdle? My son wore it for a couple practices and now I need to clean it. Do you use the wash machine?

I just place it in wash by itself with oxygen clean and detergent, no bleach. Comes out clean.
