The BEST help for my pilates plans. Easy, fast reference, and instructions. No fluff.
I'd give these cards a "10" if the rating went that high. These are well organized, and a lot of thought has been used when these were designed. Not only are they made of heavy, not too easy to bend, glossy cardstock, they also are made for use with a dry erase marker (included). The exercises are easy to learn, and each card has a picture of the exercise on one side and detailed instructions on the back of each card. Plus the cards are numbered so you can find the exercise you want quickly!!. I love that.I'm just starting my weight loss journey, and I'm sure these are going to be far more helpful than of the books I've considered. No fluff to read through. Just a "get to the facts approach" so I can start now.Highly recommend!!!!

Great cards!
Love these cards. Easy guidance and helpful hints on how to put together a great work out. You need to have a good wall space to complete the exercises.

Well organized set
I like that the set came with a ring to keep them all together. They are well done and well organized. I like that the set has a workout sequence for each area of the body. They are clear and concise. The illustrations are helpful and there are written instructions on how to do each exercise on the back of the card. the cards also give you an idea of how much time it will take to complete the workout and an approximation of calories burned. You are also able to create your own workouts on the blank cards that are provided.

Nice cards
These cards are nice for what I needed. I had to figure out the recommended workout system on the cards. It took a little bit of decoding. The erasable marker is a good idea but not really practical because it wipes off when the cards are flipped through.

Inaccuracy with cards and instructions
These cards are great to do a workout anywhere without any equipment except your own body. The issue with the cards is with the inaccuracy of the numbering and even with the "how to" guide/suggested workouts. There are a lot of errors! In addition to the information not matching the cards, there are tons of grammatical errors that make the directions a little difficult to follow at times.According to the printed GUIDE, there are 49 workout cards. #1-14 LOWER BODY, #15-24 CORE EXERCISE, #25-30 BACK EXERCISE, #31-41 UPPER BODY, #42-49 TOTAL BODY. The next several cards after the GUIDE are suggested workouts that are supposed to target different parts of the body: GLUTES, ABS, SHOULDER, ARMS & THIGHS.This all seems great at first, but then I realized that my cards are completely different. Mine are #1-10 CORE, #11-20 BACK, #21-30 TOTAL, #31-40 UPPER, & #41-50 LOWER. That means the 5 suggested workouts do not actually target what they claim to target. The GLUTES workout does give some work to the glutes, but it's NOT a glute-focused workout. This is misleading for people, especially those newer to exercise and fitness.

Pleasantly Surprised and Excited
Just received these this morning and haven’t used yet. I’ve been going through them and like what I see. Quality of the cards is quite good imo. I put the ring through the hole before unwrapping the deck as it seemed to be an easier way to ensure I didn’t play “52 card pickup”, and I was right. I suggest doing that to everyone. I’m a 67 yr old female who just had a knee replacement with another one looming, so not all exercises are going to work or will need modifications. That’s very normal anyway so no issues there. I love the instructions given, especially the breathing guidance. I never seem to know when to inhale or exhale, so I’m happy to have this info (if you’re like me you realize you’ve been holding your breath instead of breathing correctly). The deck is broken down by target area and intensity going from easy to hard. I’m very much looking forward to seeing what I can do after years of neglecting myself.
