Interaction with seller has been first rate. My inital contact (email) was just before NYE holiday and I was not expecting anthing until after the holiday week. Seller responded to my email with a message on New Year's Day. Was able to arrange for my custom logo without any delay due to the Holidays.Projector was delivered in a couple days, on time per info when I ordered.First impression is how impressed I was with how sturdy the projector felt. Felt very high quality and robust. Use is very simple and the remote makes it a breeze to turn on and off as well as activate the spin function of the logo. I will be using this in trade shows where I will not be able to easily reach to shut on and off so the remote function is very important.Picture quality is crisp and sharp. I used in a moderate light setting. Something similar to what might expect in a convention center trade show setting. Image was able to be thrown desired distance and still maintain clarity and sharpnessI have reached out to get additional lenses made and this process has been a breeze as well.I highly reccomend this projector as well as working with Arxenovath.

We got this light to shine outside onto our house for game days. The slide they sent with it as a sample is very clear and bright. The colors are crisp and easy to see and it's very easy to use and set up. We are excited to see how the slides with our designs will look. The seller is easy to reach via email and responds quickly. We will update the review once we get it all set up.

Impressed with this projector, it really made our logo pop we love the way it looks! Took a little bit of time to figure out how to change the lense but a quick you tube search explained it well
