My grand daughter absolutely loves this for a count down to Christmas. Gabby dollhouse is her favorite.

Cute advent calendar but really difficult to get pieces out

If your kid loves Gabby’s Dollhouse but you don’t like your kid, this is the perfect advent calendar. Every morning you’ll get to see disappointment and sometimes tears in their eyes as each box offers a bigger piece of junk than the last. Three days in a row my daughter got a little piece of plastic that may or may not be a sled. The one character that she did get so far was just a solid color and looked nothing like the character on the show. Sometimes there’s just a decorative piece of cardboard inside that will make you question if these people just packaged up random trash and shipped it off to disappoint excited little kids across the world. The only way this advent calendar will ever put a smile on my daughters is if she watches me throw it in the garbage and replace it with literally anything else. If she opened up a different piece of moldy cheese every day, she would be less disappointed than anything she will find in this atrocious Gabby’s Dollhouse Advent Calendar. Whoever made this is a money hungry Scrooge capitalizing off the sadness of good children all across the globe. Bah freaking humbug!!

My daughter liked all the pieces, but they were very hard to pop out of the plastic tray. I had to rip the top off and reach behind them to push them out. A few of them i had to use a butter knife to get them unstuck. Definitely not easy for a child to get pieces out by themselves.

My four year old loved opening these surprises every day after school. My only complaint would be that some of the figures are hard to remove from the plastic, but I assume that's by design to hold them in place. Overall it's well worth the price and a lot of fun!

Fun gift for my 5 y/o daughter. Parents will need to help remove items which are snuggly in place in the packaging. It has been fun opening a new little toy each day
