These are my favorite flavor
Tastes great, great price, Helps with a second #2 in the morning. I like to eat these after my morning tea but before my workout. Great size, just enough. These also make a great snack adding more fiber for our daily value. Very filling. I have not had any of the melt on me. Texture is great. It's like a little bakery snack.

Women need 25 grams of fiber per day, and men need 38 grams per day, according to the Institute of Medicine. Why Fiber? Fiber is something the body needs but never actually digests—in fact, it remains more or less the same from plate to toilet. It comes in two varieties, soluble and insoluble, and most plant-based foods contain a mixture of the two. Soluble fiber turns to gel in the stomach and slows digestion, which helps lower cholesterol and blood glucose. Insoluble fiber, on the other hand, remains unchanged all the way to the colon, making waste heavier and softer so it can shimmy through the intestines more easily. Regardless of these differences, neither type of fiber is ever absorbed into the body. Skipping out on a daily dose of fiber often leads to constipation, which can make going to the bathroom painful and uncomfortable—hence the term “backed up.” Eating too little fiber can make it tough to control blood sugar and appetite because fiber regulates the speed of digestion and contributes to satiety (aka feeling full). There can be too much of a good thing, though. Overdoing it with fiber can move food through the intestines too quickly, which means fewer minerals get absorbed from food. It can also result in uncomfy gas, bloating, and cramping, especially when fiber intake is dramatically increased overnight . Split Peas Fiber: 16.3 grams per cup, cooked. Lentils Fiber: 15.6 grams per cup, cooked. Black Beans Fiber: 15 grams per cup, cooked. Lima Beans Fiber: 13.2 grams per cup, cooked. Raspberries Fiber: 8 grams per cup, raw. Bran Flakes Fiber: 7 grams per cup, raw. Oatmeal Fiber: 4 grams per cup, cooked. Fiber One Cereal_ 18 grams of fiber_1/2 cup According to the HFC metric the top five cereals to choose from are: Fiber One (General Mills) All-Bran Buds (Kellogg's) Bob's Red Mill Wheat Rolled (Flakes) All-Bran (Kellogg's) Grape-Nuts (Post) ------ Sneaky Tips to Add More Fiber to Any Meal Add flaxseed meal to oats, smoothies, yogurt, and baked goods—you can even try breading chicken or fish with it. A two-tablespoon serving contains 3.8 grams of fiber and a dose of omega-3 fatty acids to boot. Chia seeds have a whopping 5.5 grams of fiber per tablespoon. When they meet with water, they form a goopy gel that is great for thickening smoothies, making healthy puddings, or replacing eggs in cakes and cookies. While spinach and carrots aren’t as high in fiber as the veggies mentioned above, they can easily be sliced or grated and snuck into many dishes without much hassle: Try adding some to banana bread, shakes, eggs, or even a homemade pizza base. Food processors are fiber’s best friend. Purée some cooked vegetables and add them to sauces and stews, or swap out rice for chopped-up cauliflower. ----- i think these bars r probably the most convenient and tasty way 2 add fiber 2 your diet_ and if U r like most americans- U r not getting enuf fiber in your diet- _ i would buy these again and i would recommend i hope some of the info-video-pics i've shared has been helpful 2 U_

I love these.
Oh I love these. Soo much. They are only a couple points on weight watchers, and they curb my appetite. They help with sugar cravings too while im trying to lose weight.

The "cake" is good, the "candies" are wayyyy too sweet (even for me!)
The "cake" texture is pretty nice, great vanilla-y scent, and it has about the right amount of sweetness. But *those candies* : O It's like someone forgot that lots of artificial sweeteners are orders of magnitude sweeter than sugar. I love sweets, but words can't express that level of sweet. It became almost painful. Unfortunately, the candies are mixed all throughout so you can't pick them off, or out. I tried, and made a crumbled mess. The candies' texture is kinda fun--somewhere between... "white chocolate," and the bits of birthday candles that get stuck in birthday cake. So: these would be good if they had either candies with a tolerable sweetness level, candies that could be picked out, or sadly failing those things... maybe no candies.
