I can’t help you I don’t have this type of Birkenstock. The other styles of sandals I have do run true to size however if that is any help.

I wear a 9 1/2 shoe size but order a 41 birkenstock (equivalent to a shoe size 10 - 10 1/2)). The reason being, I wear socks with my birks.
