Spare parts not available
The product performs good but there are major drawbacks:1. The warranty does not cover any subsequent performance issue. The warranty will cover only if there is any manufacturing defects.2. Spare parts are not available.3. The rotation wheel of the jar that comes in contact with the machine is made up of rubber.... which is very filmsy. The same is not available. You need to buy the whole jar if the rubber wheel gets damaged.4. The service technician at kolkata is irresponsible. Infact they doesn't bother for the customer satisfaction.5. Overall after sale service is very poor.

I got Agaro royal mixer Grinder from a long time.. must say the quality of the mixer and jar is very must impressive. It can be used for commercial purposes also as it comes with heavy built up quality and very much easy to use. The blades are very sharp and grinds very well. It makes the work easier and doesn’t take much time to grind. Must buy product..
