Rich Sauces Chicken Bouillon Powder is a savoury stock option perfect for sauces and gravy. It's easy to use and dissolves fast adding 16 grams for every litre of boiling water. I found it a bit bland at first to make my broth and added a bit more, but once I adjusted the flavour to my liking, it was delicious. The large 800g box ensures it will last a long time, which is great value for money. The only downside is the presence of palm oil in the ingredients, which makes me hesitant to use it too frequently. However, aside from that, it offers a good flavour and great quality.

You only need a very small amount otherwise it will overpower the gravy. This tub will last a long time and makes absolutely excellent tasting broth the same as if you had boiled bones I wouldn’t be without it.

I don't like it at all. It smells like meat that has gone off. It was not a powder, like a wet paste.

I ordered this chicken bouliion mainly to use in soups and dishes cooked in the slow cooker, for both these uses its pretty much perfect. You get a good sized 800g tub which contains more of a paste than a powder, this disolves quickly in liquid, and is easy to portion out with a standard measuring spoon. I did find that I needed to add more than expected/suggested to soups, which is what I've mostly used it for so far, so I wouldnt be able to make it up to the 50 litres that it should make according to the tub. However it definitely makes a massively positive difference to the flavour, it makes the soup taste more rich and meaty and is generally far better than a stock cube, which is what I would previously use.Overall I'm very impressed, it's a convenient, easy to use product, which really adds flavour to dishes, and I'm happy to recommend it.

This is a really nice tasting, easy to use chicken Bouillon paste. For each litre, you use 16g of paste, which dissolves quickly and easily into warm water. The 16g makes a very natural tasting chicken stock - ideal for replacing home-made. If a stronger chicken flavour is needed, just use more paste. This obviously varies with use and being able to easily adjust as required is part of why this is a great thing to have to hand in the kitchen for so many tasks. I've even used it to 'boost' flavour in home-made stock, which wasn't quite strong enough!I have even successfully made Pho with this, which sped up the process immensely.You get a generous amount for your money too, in a resealable container - so it's always to hand when needed. Easy to use, makes great gravy for a chicken roast. Item arrived very well packed, so excellent start, perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again 👍
