I wish I could give this 6 stars
First of all, I am not a bot. I have tried just about every other nose/breathing product on the market. I have to say these Airmax dialators are amazing. Far more effective that Breath Right strips. I started with the small and moved up to the medium. They cause me no discomfort and I hardly notice they are in. I can see how some people might have some sensitivity at first but I think just about anyone could get used to them after a few nights. I wear them when biking and exercising now. Highly recomend.

Pretty good for something you shove up your nose.
Works pretty good. I personally can't wear it more than one night in a row or it hurts my nose. But it does help me breathe, which helps me get better rest, I think. It pushes your upper nostrils out a bit and makes your nose sort of wide in a weird spot. Maybe it's not noticeable to others, but to me it is. Even so, and despite the orange color, it's not really that noticeable at all. In a dimly-lit room, no one would evven notice. Unless they're staring you right in the nostrils. In that case, question why they're so invested in your nose. Look at them like they're the weirdo for noticing, roll your eyes, and move on.

a necessity
I see a lot of negative reviews so I wanted to share my own experience. I've tried a few different things to improve airflow while I sleep, including nasal strips and another brand of nasal dilator. This brand took a little getting used to but is my favorite by far. My partner tells me that I snore much less and sleep much better with a nasal dilator in than without. I started out with nasal strips but those didn't make any difference. The other brand of nasal dilator was a little more comfortable, but used a plastic that would wear out quickly. AIRMAX nasal dilators are made of a silicon-like material that seems to last a lot longer. There is some friction, so these were uncomfortable to wear at first and I would alternate brands to give my nostrils a break. Now I just buy these. I would recommend to try for anyone with a snoring problem.

Great idea but not all septums are the same
It works but within a few minutes I was getting pinching burning feelings from my septum. I guess mine is too wide in the outside cause it rubbed me til it bled.

Missing half the order
4 or 5 stars from the one night I've used the product and how much better I breathed vs other nasal dilators. I slept much better and woke up feeling a lot better as well. It's a little weird at first but you rapidly forget it's in place as you drift off to sleep. 1 star for the shipment and what was included. I ordered the 2 pack and only received one unit. It came only in the plastic case in a clear bag and not in the sealed cardboard exterior packaging, which sometimes products come in different packaging than what's shown on the site. The case "felt" like it was sealed when I popped it open the first time (like the latch felt like it broke a sealed piece of safety plastic though I didn't look closely), but when I remembered this morning that it was supposed to be a 2 pack and the other was missing as well as the outside packaging I found myself starting to second guess myself there. Now I'm a bit concerned this was an open box return and this unit could have possibly been previously used by another customer and sent back. THAT is a REALLY scary thought, as that's a biohazard issue if that's the case... I thoroughly washed it with antibacterial soap prior to my first use as I would anything else like this, but still... ugh...

Might work great for a smaller nose, not mine......
I use these dilators at night when sleeping, it helps some with snoring. These are well made and come with a nice container, but they fall out to easy at night. That is too bad, maybe I just have big snouts, I dunno, but these won't really work as I hoped for. I will try some different ones.

Helps!
I have had multiple nose surgeries and still can't breathe do to the shaping of inside my nose. I tend to panic when I can't get air. Although these are not perfect they are a life saver to me. I don't like the fact that they are orange. Why can't they be clear? I do wear it in public often and have gotten over the embarrassment. They allow air thru my nostrils that I otherwise wouldn't have. When I misplace this I freak out so have ordered multiple. The orange is a good color to find when misplaced. They are soft and you can't feel that it's in. I don't mine at a different angle and don't push up all the way. You will have to see what works for you. They are soft and flexible. All you do is wash them in water each day. The price is good considering g the relief it gives.

Seems to be working for me
I've been using these for a few months now. I've tried 4 different mouthguard anti-snoring devices and 3 other nasal dilators, and this is the first that I've been able to 1) keep in all night and 2) experience a positive difference. Within the first week of using these dilators my sleep pattern changed, going from 2-3 wake-ups per night to 0-1, and my wife reports that when she hears my snoring now, it sounds soft and gentile, unlike the almost violent obstruction noise and occasional gasping for air she'd tell me about in the past. Maybe I'm just lucky that my nose is shaped right and this seems to be the solution for me, but based on my experience it's probably worth a try.

Absolute staple in my sleeping arsenal now. I have a thin, Scandinavian nose so this helps a ton. This is a huge upgrade from nose tape and cheaper, too.

A really good product, I now sleep very well and wake up refreshed. There are so many products that profess to resolve blocked noses at night and I must have spent a fortune on trying most of them, most of them are utter rubbish. I have one nostril that collapses when I lay down and my sleep is generally fairly poor. I saw this item and thought I might as well try it and it's really good, it took me two nights to get used to it and now I wake up feeling charged up and happy. My poor wife is having to put up with a bouncy happy me, poor soul.

This was excellent for me. I tried the plastic nasal dilators (the ones with cone shape) but they irrirtated the inside of my nose and the outside skin. I was sceptical about these at first so i didn't even try them. Today i remembered i had them and tried them out after my wife complained i snored last night. They were like magic. The rubber is firm but soft feeling. The actually let me have wonderful sleep for once (because i have bilateral nasal valve prolapse). I'm never sleeping without them again.
