I would only recommend sizing up if you want it to fit more like a regular shirt.I use these as undershirts and for lounging around. They're great for preventing sweaty situations. The quality of the material and construction appears to be pretty decent.I'm going to order a few more packs, and the unsecured packaging is the only reason for me to take a star off.

Im a lineman and these are so comfortable under the pads. They are thicker and it does get a little hot. It is tight on the body but ut make a great aperance so you dont have shirt sleeves out your pads or tape holding the sleeves up.
