Only the doc's office has.
Can't find these at the pharmacy. Much easier to use than what you find OTC.

Not for me
My father is a diabetes patient. He has to monitor his blood sugar regularly, almost daily. I got him this 100 counts pressure activated lancet. The design looks safe and easy to operate. But he told me he doesn’t like them. 21 gauge is actually a pretty big size. And because of the lancet are extra sharp. The wound is actually bigger and deeper than necessary, especially for the ones that have to monitor blood sugar daily. The wounds take longer to heal.

These safety lancets are wonerfully convenient and safer than disposing used lancets in the trash.
These are fully-contained, pressure-activated lancets, much like the ones used at our local health clinic, in fact. After use, the lancets retreat up inside of itself and locks into place where they cannot accidentally prick anyone who handles it.

Work well
I found these lancets to work well, sometimes perhaps a little too well. At times, they do seem to hurt a little more than those I have bought locally. in checking, I found these to be quite a bit larger (21 gauge) than my other ones (28 gauge). I'll try them for a while longer, but I may end up going back to my original brand if these continue to hurt.

As described, great value, not sure on the sterilization though.
Great price compared to what you are going to pick up at the pharmacy for this quantity. They are easy to use and they work just fine. I did have a few in there that had already triggered in shipping but at this price I think that it was acceptable. I do question everything that is "sterile" and produced outside of the US and Canada where there is no regulation or oversight. This has been very evident in most of the products that I see coming out of China these days. The product is not individually packaged, they are all in one cheap plastic bag. Not even what I would call a medical grade packaging. Band-aids are better packaged. Even though they are clean I seriously doubt that these are irradiated. Probably cleaner than a splinter from the park bench but...

Scary
Scary lancit. This is a scary lancit, it is really painful to use! Left a literal 1 millimeter line in my finger, this has not happened with other ones before. The pain linger for at least 10-15 minutes. And the fluid kept on coming. I think it is way deeper than necessary. There is a spring inside and I think it moves around and didn't go straight, that is why it left a prominent mark on my finger.

Great for our dog
Our dog has diabetes and we love using preloaded lancets to check her sugar level. These are 21 gauge which is thicker than most human lancets, but perfect for our dog's carpal pad. They don't go quite as deep as the pet ones, so there is a learning curve involved with that, but these are a great option for pet owners.

More depth and gauge that I need but very easy to use.
These are single use, spring loaded, lancets. They are very simple to use. Simply place on desired spot and press down to activate the spring. Turns out to be more depth and gauge than I personally need. However, this is no fault of the product and the packaging is accurately labeled. Square shape gives a good grip and lancets are reliable.
