Love the spout
I’m a huge fan of these coffees. At first when I ordered them they said they weren’t going to ship until 2025, but then they shipped a few days later, and I got legitimately excited. When they showed up I eagerly opened them and I was delighted with how pretty the bags are, really quality graphic design work on them. Each bag has a roast level and a description of the coffee on the bag including notes and aromas which is hugely helpful when trying to make sure I’m tasting the coffee fully. My favorite part has to be the spout on the side — there’s a little cap you can unscrew, and you can pour the coffee right from there. Incredible! I don’t know why this isn’t a feature on every single coffee bag. Now I don’t have to worry about making sure my coffee is tightly re-packaged any time I want a cup. Tchibo has really nailed the presentation, as well as the taste and the wonderful aroma you get even through each bag. I wouldn’t change anything.

New For Me
I had to look into the company Tchibo bec ause I hadn't heard of them before. Not sure how they escaped under my radar since they've been around for decades. They not only have a coffee brand but they make some very nice coffee machines. I found this coffee to be excellent. What hit me most was how low the acidity was, even on the dark roast. The scent is wonderful and it grinds nicely. I usually take a smidge of milk with my coffee but this is so smooth I don't need it. The 12 ounce bags have a twist top that is difficult to open for two first time. It's easy to rip the bag so be careful. If you're looking for a high quality roast, this is it. Highly recommended

This is whole bean coffee, and it is the freshest, best tasting coffee I've ever tasted!
When I first saw that this was whole bean and needed to be grinded first, I wasn't too sure. Then I looked at the bags, you don't tear the top open and then reseal it after you take coffee out like most bags of coffee, these bags have an actual spot that has a cap that turns on tight. The bags are aluminum lined - and when you open the spout you get a whole lot of fresh coffee up your nose - it smells absolutely heavenly. That's when I realized that whole bean means I need to fresh grind it, meaning that it would be hard to get coffee any fresher than this unless I picked the bean and roasted it myself. The aroma alone is amazing. We have non coffee drinkers in the house who love the smell of this coffee brewing! We have a new favorite coffee in our home after tasting this!

Balanced flavors, low acid. 3 roasts with 4 & 7 & 9 of 10 strengths. Fresh. Easy-pour bag
I am new to this brand, and i am happy with the balanced flavors of these three different roasts. Just opening the shipping box delivered a delightful burst of bright aroma! The bags are made with an easy-to-open and close twist-cap spout. Red label: This dark roast is rich and luscious, slightly bitter like baking chocolate. There is little acidity. Intensity is around 8 of ten. Green label: I found this medium roast to be slightly sweet and slightly bitter, like an Italian roast with a hint of dried dark cherry. There is little acidity. Intensity is around 6 or 7 of ten. Yellow label: Their light roast delivers plenty of flavor, with overtones of milk chocolate. There is little acidity. Intensity is around 5 of ten. They have created three tasty roasts. When i made expresso, each of these created a nice crema layer, which indicates freshness, and the freshness dates are 21 months in the future, with roasting dates 2.5 months ago.

Aromatic coffee beans with nice variety
This is a nice set of bean roasts for various moods throughout the day. The beans are very fresh and give off a wonderful, full scent when opened. They grind (hand-grinder) relatively smoothly and hold a continual roasting color throughout. The brewed coffee is aromatic, carries a rich aroma to match each roast type, and is smooth to drink with no bite, bitterness or sour hints. These packages include a resealable plastic opening on the side (just like a usual plastic drink bottle), which is very original. It does make it easy to tightly reseal the package. However, I found it more difficult to portion the beans and cleanly remove them from the bag...not bad, but simply scooping beans from the bag (the usual way) is still easier. But it's an interesting touch for those who like it.
