This gave me long hair with less split ends and excellent skin free from acne as long as it lasted. I will definately re-order . The fact that it has iron is a value added for me cause I have slight anemia.

This is a fairly good product...i noticed that the hair on my head isn't falling out that much, even the hair on my legs grow back..lol i was so surprised because i was looking at them and sd i didn't shave my legs in 3 mths and it was hairless. I think this product really worked on me.

I bought these and they are just fine. The only problem is that if you take them as directed, you only get 20 days of vitamins. I'm not sure why they aren't at least packaged for 30 days. But they do seem to be high quality. I will be going to the Puritan website to see if they offer this in different numbers of tablets.
