L10s Pro Ultra Heat Robot Vacuum Cleaner, 7000Pa Robotic Vacuums with Mop Extend Technology, AI 3D Navigation, Hot Water Mop Washing, Ideal for Hair, Carpets

Received 2 weeks early while on holiday, which was a bit of a problem, and had to relocate to a neighbours. Used last night, and I am so impressed. The amount of dust and hair that it managed to pick up through my bungalow was equally impressive and shocking. It remapped the house while we slept. It does sound like a normal hoover when on rugs or carpet due to extra suction power needed, I guess. Did not disturb our sleep.

I really cannot believe how good this robot vacuum and floor washer is. I have large heavy duty upright vacuum cleaners that are renowned as the leader in their field, yet this, light weight in comparison, cleaner gets the carpet far cleaner, I guess it’s all down to the power of the suction. I have always used a Vax steam cleaner on the hard floors, but they have never looked as clean and bright as they did after using the vac and mop program on this robot cleaner, this is probably due to it having twin rotating wet pads instead of just pushing a damp pad across the surface. There are also a couple of nice features, one is that when it gets alongside skirting boards or cabinets one of the pad arms extends to reach right to the edge. The second thing is that after washing the floor in each room, you can set it to return to the docking station where it will wash the pads in warm water before it moves onto the next room. Once it has completed it’s vacuuming and washing operation and has returned to the docking station to recharge, the dust container is emptied, the pads are washed and heat dried, so that you don’t end up with a damp smelly cleaning pads. Setting the system up is a fairly simple procedure, however, both the printed and online instruction manuals are fairly limited, so I would advise watching a few YouTube video reviews, where everything is explained in detail. I can highly recommend this robot vacuum cleaner, it works very well does a great job and is no more expensive than a normal good quality upright vacuum cleaner.

Read the reviews and thought i was getting a bargain. Box came upside down, thought nothing of this when being delivered. However, once i corrected the orientation to open the outer carton it had already been opened and resealed with Amazon tape. The outer carton was from the manufacturer. The internal carton also had been opened and resealed with brown tape. The device looked to have been opened and returned. Setup wasn't straightforward but eventually i completed this. The app is not great but managed to map and start a clean. The detergent container kept showing installation error no matter what i did and read other peoples experience following a web search. The device itself it slow and noisy, as if something mechanically is loose. Bag and detergent cover just falls off. The quality does not feel good. Nice to look at but that's it. Was really looking forward to the mop functionality due to the dedicated containers. Requested a refund and return which will hopefully be tomorrow. Only received device yesterday. :(

We have had this almost a year now. I could not imagine life without it. We have set up a schedule so this comes out every morning to hoover and mop the floors. Life changing!

Having previously had the Dreame l20 I wanted another robot vac for my upstairs. Although you can have multi floor maps created for each floor of your home I decided it would be far easier (as I am disabled) to purchase another robot vac/mop for upstairs rather than having to keep taking the l20 up or downstairs each time I was wanting to vac/mop. especially when eachtime I have to use a stairlift to take me from floor to floor which takes an age!! I am so impressed with my current Dreame L20 I knew I would only consider having another dreame robot. I went onto their website and compared each model they had and narrowed it down to either another L20 or the L10s Ultraheat I was really torn between the 2 models and took a while (2 days) to finally make my mind up after a lot of weighing up the pro's and con's of each model and the differences between the 2. I finally settled on the L10s Ultraheat 1 The price difference, but 2 it wasnt really imperative to me if the 2nd machine detached the mop heads or not. As soon as I received the l10s ultraheat I unpacked it, plugged it in connected it to my home WiFi and the app (which is really easy to do, the app gives you step by step instructions to follow) and left to fully charge which took about an hour while waiting for it to charge I did sit nervously thinking maybe I should of just bought the L20 as I know how impressed I am with the machine and wondered had I made a costly mistake getting the l10s ultraheat which wouldn't do as good a job and would I end up kicking myself for not sticking to what I knew was a great machine?! Well I needn't of worried! It did an excellent job just as good as the L20 if not a little better as it was slightly lower in height than the l20 robot which meant it fit perfectly under my TV cabinet, where as the l20 would go upto the edge of it as it was slightly too tall to fit under. I am super happy with the machine the build quality is just as good. Its nice and robust,easy to use, has great suction power, mops really well. Cleans and dries the pads just as well and overall is perfect for my needs. The only trouble was it now gave me another dilemma which machine did I take upstairs and which 1 remained down?!! Eventually I decided the l10s ultraheat would remain down and the l20 up simply because upstairs had more carpet area than hardfloors and downstairs had more hardfloors than carpet. So it made more sense to have the l10 down where it didnt really matter if the mop pads were attached or not and the l20 up where it could leave the mop pads behind when going into the carpeted rooms. Both machines do an extremely good job, and if I ever I need to buy another robot vac in the future I know I would stick to the Dreame make. I have seen people on different sites asking which robot should they go for the l10s ultraheat or the l20. My simple answer to that having both machines is if you have a mixture of carpet and hardfloors if you have a larger carpeted area than you do hardfloor then opt for the l20 so that mop pads will detach automatically but if you have more hardfloor than carpet then go for the l10s ultraheat. Whichever you decide on you will not be disappointed with either model.

Have it for a few weeks now In the beginning it was working well the week and a half now say it is stuck but it is not now starting to go over chair legs and can’t get it self out the app is not that great

Bought this after trying Ecovacs X2 Omni which I returned due to lots of issues in it. And the difference is day and night. This performs accurate pattern cleaning and is an expert Robot in what it does. Pros: 1. Option to first start Vacuuming Carpets of entire home before getting the mops wet and then does the tiles mopping. 2. Hot water mop washing which makes this L10s Pro Ultra Heat different than L10s Ultra (NOT PRO) 3. Built-in onboard water tank so its doesn't has to quickly go to base station 4. 'Cleaning genius' option does great efficient cleaning while saving the battery. 5. Deep cleaning and intensive cleaning options are great for places like kitchen which it does on its own. 6. Obstacle Avoidance is best in class. 7. Extended AI mop pad options cleans edges of walls as well as tables and chair legs ( make sure to check the setting I am explaining below in tips) 8. On board camera to monitor things 9. Schedule and Shortcut options does works great and correct ( As compared to Ecovacs bugs in its software) 10. Great at Wifi network switching for bigger house with different wifi (As compared to Ecovacs wifi switching) 11. Option to buy separate, permanent connection kit to connect to Waterline and drain line, with this no need to fill clean water and empty dirty water. 12. Cleaning Solution tank next to dustbin is great as we can fill with our own choice of Non-foaming floor cleaner, this reduces the plastic waste. 13. Carpet detection is accurate ( Ecovacs didn't automatically added carpets in Map) 14. Reduced height of 11cm, although the diameter is large enough it easily goes under Sofa as its height along with Lidar sensor is around 11cm max Cons: 1. Traditional big diameter round design, this doesn't go inside of standard chairs ( as Compared to Ecovacs square robot which did go, but for same reasons it didn't work properly) 2. Dreametech's Floor Multi-Surface cleaning solution is hard to find in UAE 3. Difficulty climbing 2cm obstacle borders, it does climb but not always. So I had to put a ramp Tips & Tricks: 1. To make sure it does Edge cleaning, Go to Settings of Dreamehome App> AI-Driven MopExtend> Enable AI-driven MopExtend and Set to High Frequency 2. To make sure it cleans carpets first before getting mop pads wet, Go to Settings> carpet settings>turn On Clean Carpets First 3. If you have Marble border between any room where Robot cannot climb, just add a Ramp of plastic or silicon, This robot however climbs upto 1.5cm easily 4. You can Add NON-FOAMING cleaning solution to this Robot's detergent tank beside Dustbag, like Roborock's original Floor Cleaner( Omo brand), Just make sure to check Concentration. I dilute Omo solution with 1/3rd water as that one is more concentrated than Dreame Solution. STRICTLY NON-FOAMING types to avoid issues. 5. Using Ecovacs X2 Omni's Mop pads to this does great mopping than its own mopping pads

I have been using my new mop/vacuum for 3 weeks now and I absolutely love this Dreame mop/vacuum robot! This robot is amazing. It cleans every little nook so well. I have a dog that sheds year round and the vacuum sucks up all of the dog hair. The mop function has been the biggest time saver. I run my robot 3 times a week and my floors look amazing. It is quick and efficient. It takes about a minute to get started (it makes sure all of its parts are clean and ready to go), it has never gotten “lost” in my house, the self cleaning during the recharging cycle take about 3 minutes. I did take a picture of the port while the robot was off of it to show that I do need to wipe down the port about once a week. You can see the dog hair left on the port. This takes about 10 seconds for me to wipe down once a week and I don’t consider this a negative at all, just part of the maintenance. I have had to empty the dirty water twice in 3 weeks and replaced the clean water at that time. It is so easy to change out the dirty water. I have already searched Amazon for replacement parts and they are readily available on Amazon so when the time comes, Dreame has thought of anything I could need. The Dreamehome app is simple to use and very user friendly. I love that I can control the robot from anywhere and have my floors clean when I return home. I have had 3 cleaning robots and this has been the best one I’ve owned. I would recommend this Dreame to anyone!

Finally I found the robovac to replace my roborock s7maxv that we've been using for years. I never thought I'd switch to dreame of all brands, but wow they have made me a believer. The navigation on this device is so far beyond the roborock that I can't even believe it. It moves so quickly and smoothly through the different rooms of our home. It avoids obstacles with ease and hasn't gotten stuck on anything. If you're standing in the way, it quickly recognizes and moves around you where the roborock would stop, seem to get confused and bounce into you a few times before changing route. The main reason we got this was the extender mop. This thing works so amazingly well getting right up against the edges of the walls so it's literally cleaning every space of your floor. It also extends around chair legs and it's just so cool to see it in action. The one thing I don't like so far is it has this genius mode which is supposed to be its smart cleaner mode. It works just fine, but it goes back and cleans the mop after every single room. There isn't a way to change this setting in this mode, but the mode to change it in doesn't have the same settings as in genius mode or custom mode. So it's either...I just deal with having to change the clean/dirty water bin ever 2 days as opposed to like 7 days with the roborock, or change the settings, but lose out on other perks. Which is a shame because the dirty water and clean water bins are huge compared to the roborock. I'm hoping a firmware update will address this in the future, but right now this vacuum is the real deal.
