What a Machine!!!
After a lot of research. I finally settled on this machine, mostly because the other UV laser O was considering, which also advertised a 20 to 60 watt power range, wasn't yet released. Also, it came with 3 separate heeds, and they weren't very clear on whether or not the machine actually came with the 60 watt head. That aside, there are a few things I would like to see changed or improved on this machine. But overall, it cuts like a champ! I cant's believe how much this machine has decreased my cutting time! So, a quarter inch piece of wood which need to require 2 or 3 cutting passes, now it is easily cut through in just one pass, even with only the 40 wall power range selected. Plus the fact that this is an enclosed machine, with its own went ventilation fan, means this unit can be used indoors, if need be. I can't say enough about how well this ant cuts all materials, including opaque plexiglass. Also the power selection of 20 watts, 40 watts, or 60 watts, is only a matter of an easy push of a button, which is right there on the very top of the power head.

Returned Because Tech Support is Horrible
Second Creality machine, second one I've returned. I'm sure I'm doing a lot of things wrong as a beginner, as this can be complex. The features are great and it works with Lightburn. I'm returning it because the tech support is absolutely remedial. Ten minutes on the phone with a tech and I'd still have the falcon pro. It's impossible at Creality. They want you to do all of the work and send them detailed videos in a certain format or visit them on FB at there support where nothing gets done either. It takes at least a full day for any response and their stock initial response is to send an unboxing video. I went with XTool

Good beginner laser engraver
First thing I think that they did a decent job with the build quality on this machine, it feels solid except for the covers. The camera seems a bit off no matter how much i calibrate this thing and I just cant get it right. The software that comes with it needs some work but it works good, reminds me somewhat of cricut design space. I've tried both the default software and Lightburn, I prefer lightburn but the software that they make is really good and I think if they do some updates it will be a great program. For my use I think it is a good buy and good value for money, simple to use with some bugs here and there but if your just getting started with lasers this might be a good buy in my opinion. the enclosure and the ability to look at the work being done is pretty cool in my book. wireless capability would have been awesome and i wish they had implemented this as i don't like having cables running to my laptop.

Easy to use
I own a flower shop & boutique. We purchased this laser engraver to help make some of the products we were buying for our floral arrangements & boutique items. For our florals shop we use a lot of wooded boxes for certain arrangements, by us being able to make them we are able to personalize the boxes for holidays or funerals.

So far it’s working very well
Used to both cut and engrave mostly wood and some fabric projects and it has met our expectations. It took some time to assemble but it went smoothly. Seems to be a quality machine.

Not good quality, get something else.
Not good. Could not even get the camera to align the calibration. Front right corner is out of the camera view. The fan is not powerful enough to get the smoke out of the cabinet. The light in the front puts bars over the bed so you can't see anything because the shadow. The air pump is very loud as seen in my video. The worst part is the software, so buggy it lost my camera settings mid print and could not connect. The camera is almost worthless as you can only snap a picture. I tried aligning the previous cut but of course the camera is not accurate. Even with my wood taped down the and I went to cut down the previous laser etched wood, when I didn't change anything except the laser strength the cut was off as shown in the box. I hate that I spent this much money on this!!!!
