SIKAHybriflex Anti 109 Pick Resistant Sealant – Grey – 295 ml

I can't say I have tried to remove or damage it but it seems to work much the same as ordinary sealant.I used it around the base of a toilet on a tiled floor.No problems.

Used in my bathroom which has a grey floor to seal the edges. As with all of these sealants, there is a knack to using them and not making an almighty mess of it. I got my friend to do it as I did not trust myself to do a good job. I have to say - it looks great.

I used this to reseal around my bathtub. It was really easy to use once I had done the preparation and removed all the old mouldy sealant. It fits in a standard gu applicator. I have also used it on the edges of the flooring that butt up against the bath. The flooring tiles are on a wooden floor so there is a certain amount of movement from general usage and it has worked well here.Once applied I let it set having a bath, I could see that the sealant stayed in place, only time will tell how well it remains.The thing about this product that really appealed to me was the fact that it was an anti-mould one, as well as being more tamper-proof than some cheaper alternatives.I can see this having many uses both inside and outside the house. This is a product that is well worth the money, though at the time of writing my review there is an error on the price. It is not £158 as is shown but is comparable to other similar products.
