Great little pool vac
Like the fact that it is rechargeable so this makes it easy to use. We’ve attached it to a longer pole to get to the deep end but does the job of cleaning the light debris from the bottom.

Great product and customer service
My first order arrived but wouldn’t charge, but once I’d left a review detailing this and my disappointment the seller contacted me quickly and arranged to send me a replacement vacuum immediately. I’m really pleased to say that my replacement vacuum charges fine and works perfectly with my 12ft bestway. If any one has any problems or questions don’t hesitate to contact the seller. They’re extremely helpful!

Do not buy
I have contacted the seller twice and got zero response. I used the item 5 times and then stored it for the winter and when I took it out and charged it 8 days ago it would not turn on. I have contacted the buyer to request a repair or replacement and so far zero response.

Very poorly made
I disliked the fact that the filter blocked up with very little debris.Can’t workout why they make stuff like this ,Not cheap,So I will probably send it back

Simple to use
Picks up most of the debris in the pool - we have added a fine cloth to filter out the finer dust, but needs cleaning regularly.

Good
Worked for 3 months until the foot that held the brush just crumbled easy to use and kept the pool sparkling. Shame really as the supplier does not do spare parts.
