I love these for that time of the month. They get super warm and easy my cramps besides the ease and convenience the Bandaid style is super cute 10/10.

These are amazing tools to use as a female. I use them either on my lower back or on my pelvic region it incredibly helps with reducing cramps that consistent heat is a godsend and they do work 6 to 8ish hours for fantastic relief. The only thing I can say is they stick really really really well when although that is great it can hurt when you're removing them My suggestion, take the adhesive backing off stick it to your clothes and then pull it off this reduces its excessive stickiness still allows it to stay perfectly fine and makes it a little nose painful when you do have to remove them but at least they stay where you're supposed to!

The package says 10pack, but there's only one inside for the $12. My daughter said it never heated up.
