I’ve had this backpack for a while now and I haven’t run into any problems. I got a charger to connect to it so I could use the available outlet on it. That works great and convenient. I carry it daily and it hasn’t ripped. I have a 15 inch laptop and two cameras in it at all times. Along with all the cords, a mouse, a tripod that extends 4 feet and some flash drives and SD cards. Makes it easy to edit footage while having a coffee. The storage is a little limited but it works great. It arrived in great condition and in good time. I’ve recommended this to my friends.

It opens really strange so if you need to get in and out regularly then its not for you. The panel that rests on your back is what opens and where the supposed laptop pocket is. Technically the laptop pouch does fit a 15.6 inch computer but only if you have one of the thin ones. My Asus Tuf 15.6 inch gaming laptop has to be pressed in firmly which streches the pocket and will eventually rip it so i just lay it in the main compartment and velco it in which isnt as protected from the cords and mouse and headphones all jangling around. One of the pockets is on the outside of the back pad.... Can't put anything in it or it will dig against your back when on. Looks like composite ABS but is only foam. Will likely return. Would not recommend.

I purchased this for my son. He was using a school backpack for his gaming laptop, mouse, phone, chargers, headphones, etc. It was a cluttered mess. This backpack has lasted us for 9 months without any problem. It had been all over the country on vacation and keeps his electronics in one place. It has plenty of pockets and padding on the inside for a variety of things.

I bought this bag for my wife in February for her birthday in March. The first time we used it was for a trip in July. So, we were outside of our return window. The biggest problem with this bag was the teeth of the zipper would come apart randomly. It defeated the anti theft aspect of this back as it would be completely open. We would have to unzip it all the way to realign the teeth.This is the second bag I purchased did not have this issue but, the zipper handle on it broke off. The zipper stay closed unlike this bag but you have to grab the nub of the zipper in order to open ad close which sucks.

This backpack is very convenience for daily use, however I wouldn't recommend it to travel. Doing my first travel with it I noticed that the capacity to wrap my clothes is too small I barely could package 1 Jean 2 t-shirts and the health care stuff like soap, toothbrush, slippers. I was get used to package like 3 Jean and 3 t-shirts on my previos backpack.The worst thing that happened is that the interior is totally tear, I think the responsible of that were the zippers, somehow they bruised the fabric.Again using it to carry your laptop to office and a few other things like books, pencil and so on should be ok.

I am a frequent global traveler and had done a significant amount of research looking for the perfect work & travel backpack. After several weeks of reading reviews and checking websites, I thought I’d found the perfect/functional backpack, which is why I bought this one. After all the research & online reviews, you can imagine my extreme frustration & overwhelming disappointment when I packed & used it for the first time February 18th during a two-week international trip abroad and it breaks on the first leg of my trip (before I even got to the airport for my departing flight). It was bad enough having to frantically search the airport for a new backpack, as I had no other means of getting my laptop and travel documents/wallet to Europe…but having to carry-around an empty, completely useless backpack for 2 weeks, a backpack I couldn’t return because I was out of the country with no way to return/send it within the return window, makes the whole situation even worse. The inconvenience, frustration, financial impact, disappointment and aggravation caused by this single purchase will definitely have significant impact on future purchases made.

The back pack is really smaller than it seems...and within the first day one of the zippers broke BUT...it is still a good and reliable bag i still use it to transport all my school supplies this book is simply a day bag for students or people in the tech field that dont have much to carry except a computer some notebooks and a couple pens....still love it just think about what your getting the bag for first

Bought this for work, great for detering ppl with sticky fingers while riding the subway, enough room for all my work gear, clean appearance, love the usb and headphone jack on the outside (so i know my gear is safe on the inside)
