Been taking these for a few months now. Not sure if they actually work but I'll keep on taking them cos I've heard good things about the ingredients

Mushroom supplementation is sexy at the moment and this one seems to contain a good blend of different types. It's reasonably priced too so I would recommend and buy again.

Contains chaga which is not harvested sustainably so when the packaging is inaccurate you have to wonder what else is wide of the truth.

I love this product, as it has so many nootropic mushrooms in it, which also have tons of other researched health benefits too.... - Reishi - Chaga - Shitake - Maitake - Cordyceps - Shaggy Mane - Oyster - Lion's Mane I have been taking some of these separately, but not all of them, so to get them all together in one supplement is really great. There's no artificual colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives, and suitable for vegan and vegetarians too. I don't feel any different from taking them, however I know I am getting plenty of positive health benefits. The two capsules per serving are very easy to swallow without any after taste. There's 90 capsules per packet, which gives you a 45 day supply (1.5 months).

I’ve noticed that my focus has improved significantly, especially during long work sessions. Additionally, I’ve felt a more consistent level of energy throughout the day without the usual afternoon crashes. Oh and the price is such great value. Ill be back.
