In these reviews it's important to review the seller(s) as well as the item. These refurbished phones come from different sellers. I can purchased an item from a seller today, and an hour from then, or tomorrow, the exact same item will be a different seller. They all get dumped together in these reviews. They're not the same. It's important to distinguish them from each other. If you have time try reaching out to the seller before purchasing to ask questions. The second S24 I purchased was UNLOCKED and in great condition as it was as advertised. I had to buy it as a replacement from another seller (Cellmigo, and I'll be doing they're review after the refund is complete) that advertised their S24 as unlocked but when it arrived it definitely was not. So I bought from Perfectly Professional the second time to replace it. I contacted them before making the purchase to make sure their advertised phone was unlocked because I didn't want to go through the mess again and they responded fairly quickly on most occasions and were very helpful and above all they were honest. I would definitely buy from them again and trust them and their products. I purchased service with Mint for the S24 and it worked perfectly and as expected. I was a bit skeptical because of my experience with the previous seller, but when it connected I was extremely happy and happy to know the product they advertised was true to their word. Thank you guys! In all my communications and exchanges with Perfectly Professional I have to say that they have been exactly that...Perfectly Professional!

This was a good phone in great shape like new and works fast but I am more interested in Motorola and found one at a good price so I requested to return this. They made returning the phone quick and easy and no stress on my end at all. I would buy other products from them in the future

I am very pleased with the excellent condition of the refurbished Galaxy S24 phone that I received 10 days ago. There are absolutely no flaws that I can see -- it looks brand new. Connecting the phone to my cellular provider was a breeze, and it has been working perfectly. With my level of usage the battery lasts two full days before needing a recharge. It's a great phone at a big discount from the price of a new one.

The phone was supposed to be factory unlocked as advertised. But it did not accept any Sim card or even Esim. I tried several sim cards from different carriers, nothing worked. I had to send the phone back and am waiting for the refund.

Wanted one of these from my carrier for about 6 months now, finally found this deal and took the chance. I'm very impressed, this thing is as good as new, I've had a new one before that metro sold me and it was a bogus line the guy had no clue what he was doing, and T-mobile bought it back thankfully, now I finally got one of these things I can say it performs better than the one I had for the short time. And to top it off this phone came early too! ================================= TLDR runs great, looks and feels new, arrived early, and I saved $500 buying refurbished vs new and unlocked.
