product was delivered quickly and looked exactly as pictured on amazon but after using the iron I was left disappointed. There seemed to almost constant leakage from the sole plate which wasn't helpful and there seemed to be more than just water leaking from the plate as a nasty black sticky residue also seeped out leaving black marks on my clothing. when the iron cooled down tried to clean off the plate of this black residue which was very hard to remove had to resort to using cif cream cleaner and a scouring pad. I have tried to use this a couple of times more but have had the same problem recur so given up and bought a different iron. didn't bother contacting seller with issues as the cost wasn't worth the hassle and the cost of returning the goods so has gone in the bin.

the Iron looked just like the picture, delivered before the date stated, these two facts are the reasons for the 2 stars, first use white powder came out of it ( not uncommon with first time use of the steam ) however the Iron does not glide over the clothes even setting it on the lowest setting it sticks to the clothes and you have to really work hard to get even the smallest item crease free, shirts are a no go area as you can not get around the buttons, there is just no 'glide' action. very disappointed, will be looking to buy another before the week is out!!
