Grandkids love it. Easy to set up. Plus side if you don't set it up as a table . More kids can play. The kids figured that out on their own.

This 4-in-1 outdoor game set is made of solid wood and does require some assembly, but it is fairly easy to assemble with some one helping to steady the legs while you put it together.One of my favorite features is the zippered storage bag that organizes the game pieces and keeps everything in one place. Its sturdy enough to carry the set around easily and the zippers function smoothly.The main game is the "four in a row" game that can be played to get more in a row if you want a challenge. The game pieces are a sturdy plastic and the lever to open the bottom to let the pieces out when the game is completed is a simple but effective design.There is an additional board you can lay on top of the Four-in-a-Row game after tilting and securing the game to be played horizontally. This board has Chess/checkers on one side and tic-tac-toe on the other.The pieces for all games are included, with the chess coins reversing to be checkers pieces, and the tic-tac-toe game leverages the Four-in-a-Row pieces for play.Overall, its a fun and versatile game set with just a few notes for improvement: - The game board in the horizontal position is lower than a standard table, so adults may sit on the floor or a cushion to reach it best, and kids could use child-sized chairs. - It is made of finished wood, so you will probably want to either keep it indoors or put it away most nights- particularly if there is rain in the forecast. To be fair, the included bag is very handy for doing this, but you will have to disassemble the legs to fit everything in the bag.

We ended up loving it more as a general gaming table for all our board game nights!! Perfect size and quality for lazy gameplay!

This is terrible quality! Won't even last through it being put together. How do they expect it to be portable if it can't be put together once. Wood quality is bad, just cheap compressed cardboard basically. Screws can't possibly stay in with any form of security cuz they suck!

I was really impressed with the quality of this set. It was actually so nice that it didn’t work well for my initial purpose, a backyard game. It’s so nice I don’t want to leave it outside and chance it getting ruined. I’d highly recommend the set. It’s not super practical to pack up for travel, despite the carrying bag, though it can be done. I think it’s best as something for a play room or maybe a covered patio.

I got this for an outdoor party. It was under a tent for days while it rained around the tent and was super humid. It didn't get directly rained on, but everything was damp in the tent. Cardboard boxes near this game set were soggy, but the set was fine. I was worried the wood would expand, but it was pristine!We only played connect four-across so far but it's awesome. It's huge, the pieces slide in easily, and the latch system to dump them from the bottom is very cool.It's a little cumbersome to change from vertical to horizontal, but it has to be to be this stable.The carry bag has pockets for all the pieces, which is a really nice touch. I'm so glad I got it!

This four-in-one game set is a ton of fun! It comes with a connect four board that folds horizontally to hold a double-sided board for playing chess, checkers, and tic-tac-toe. The game pieces are well-designed and seem pretty solid. The board itself, however, is not as durable as I would have expected for the price of this yard game set. The wood is pretty thin and chipped just a few times after the first use. When horizontal, it seems like it won't hold that much weight. My 1 year old tried to pull himself up by grabbing the side of the board and the board started to bend. Also, one of the internal nuts for the bolts came loose, which means the board is a little wobbly when playing Connect Four. I am not confident that this set will hold up well around children who accidentally pull and bump and knock things over. It's definitely something we are going to reserve for when it's just adults playing.
