It arrived in good condition. I haven't used it yet. Bought it for large projects. I usually draw portraits. I have used strathmore before and love the quality and thickness of their paper. I would recommend.

Perfect paper for caran dache luminance pencils

Briliant paper.

Line indents across every single page. Think it's very unfair to make me have to do a return as I don't have an evri drop off in my town so think I'm going to be stuck with this insufficient paper.

The product itself is high quality paper, I've used it before but on a much smaller scale. I purchased this particular size for a professional project which is why I was happy to spend a bit more money. Living in the UK makes it difficult to find this particular brand in this size. When I found this, I thought I'd struck gold. Unfortunately the seller failed to package this pad of paper appropriately, especially for an overseas delivery. The parcel arrived with holes and visible damage to the pad before even opened it. The turned open corners meant that the size of the paper was now compromised. In addition it was dirty from the exposure to the elements and manhandling. The only way I could use this pad is to cut it down to remove the damage, which renders the product useless to me as I require the full size I purchased. I contacted the the seller to express my disappointment, and they offered me a 30% refund and to keep the pad. I told them this was no good as the product was useless to me in its current condition. The seller replied and offered me a 40% refund as their final offer. I received no acknowledgement of the issue itself, just the aforementioned offers and there was no option for return. Unfortunately this meant I had to file an A-Z claim through Amazon as the product was not fit for purpose and no other options or returns were provided. I've since received a full refund thanks to Amazon but I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller. They accepted no responsibility for the poor packaging and delivery of this product and it took a formal claim to receive an appropriate and proportional response. I read some reviews before purchase however I have just seen a couple which have cited similar issues. I think this seller needs to reconsider how it packages something as delicate as paper especially when its a premium product.

This is my third pad of this paper and I love it. I use it for fineliner and alcohol marker work. It is smooth as silk, but the ink doesn't smudge. I am giving the product 5 stars, HOWEVER: I have ordered this paper 3 times now, and all 3 times it came poorly packaged and the pad was damaged. I contacted Amazon each time and was sent a new pad twice, which came damaged again. The other time I was given a full refund and allowed to keep the product. So think twice about this purchase, because it has not come safely packaged in 5 shipments.
