My travel trailer tends to drag down the back of my truck enough that the tail end of the trailer ends up riding way too high, so I went looking for a new ball mount that I could flip and get 3 inches of rise to level things out. When I saw that Nilight made a mount, I figured I'd check it out.This ball mount hitch arrived in a really impressive box- very premium feel! The hitch itself did not disappoint. This is a beautiful work of metal art. The welds are excellent, and the powder coat finish is absolutely top notch. All the hitches I currently own have been bashed and smashed and used as redneck hammers for so many years, it was impressive to see such a pristine and well built shiny new hitch!The hitch fits snugly into the receiver on my truck, and the included hitch pin locks it in place.Overall, I'm 100% satisfied with this product. I've purchased other Nilight products in the past, and have been equally pleased with those products as well. Very solid company. Solid 5 stars.

My existing trailer hitch is starting to get scratched up and was pretty much dedicated to the height of our SUV for trailering. If you are not aware you really should measure the height of your trailer coupler to that of your car hitch receiver and ensure that you buy a hitch that makes up the difference so that they are equal. For example if the trailer coupler is at 14" and your SUV hitch receiver is 18" you want a trailer hitch that will raise the trailer coupler 4" which is what this hitch will do. The powder coating and surface protectant is top notch on this trailer hitch so I know it is going to last a long time. I'm very impressed with Nilight's trailer and hitch accessory offerings and am really happy I came across this brand. 5/5 stars.

Tough 4" drop hitch. Does not come with a ball. You must buy that separately. I've carried heavy trailers with lawnmowers and even a tractor with no problem. Works great!

My truck has a lift and larger tires, and I want to pull my boat and camper as level as possible. This 4-inch drop hitch seems well built - nice, solid welds and a consistent finish. While I don't expect a perfect, noise-free fit, since there needs to be room to move the hitch mount around, it does seem a bit looser than other mounts I've used. I'm not noticing any extra noise while driving, and it pulls securely when a trailer is attached, so I won't worry about it too much.

This worked perfectly using it in the rise position, which is what we needed for our F150. It is a very solid receiver and highly recommend.

Welds are always my primary concern and this hitch doesn't disappoint. The 4" drop helps even things out on my lifted truck. The hitch appears to be as heavy duty as its specs. I'll be pulling a small multi-kayak trailer for the most part so I'm not gonna be stressing it but I'd be confident hauling much heavier loads. The powder coating is well done and the specs are clearly printed on the drop-tongue for your convenience. My 2" ball has a 1" stem and it fit perfectly into the hole with no slop. It comes with a very beefy lock washer too. The hitch pin is ok but I put a locking pin on mine. Another thing I like is that it doesn't stick out too far from the truck bumper. This reduces the likelihood that I'm gonna get shinned walking around the truck.... notice I said "reduces". I'm still gonna get shinned, I know it, you know it, we all know it. I should just go out there now, shin myself and get it over with. Overall a great hitch, especially at the listed price point. You won't be disappointed.

This hitch ball mount seems well made and sturdy. I had to buy an adapter for a 3/4" ball screw that I already had. Since I'll only be using this for a small utility trailer I won't be able to attest to it's durability under heavy load. But this is my 4th hitch and it seems as good a quality as any of the rest. It comes with a pin and clip. The clip is lighter weight than most that come with these but it does make clipping the pin in place easier.
